Lisa Marie Presley's Final Interview with ET at the Golden Globes More from Entertainment Tonight: / @entertainmenttonight Exclusives from #EntertainmentTonight : • NEW From Entertainment...
She said her heart and soul went with her son and it shows. She looks unwell & heavily medicated. Not that I’m judging her I would be too. When you raise a child and then lose them. You will never be the same & you will never even want to live. Edit: A little add on. A lot of you people are assholes and should be ashamed. If she had a drug addiction prior to her sons death or not it doesn’t matter. Unless you’ve lost a child yourself don’t judge the way others cope with their grief. I lost my son while still pregnant at 25 weeks and I didn’t want to go on with life I couldn’t imagine raising my child for 27 years and then losing them, especially in the manner she lost her son! Learn to have a little more compassion for people. Famous or not she was a human being. Not an object for the public but a human who had a-lot of demons. Before casting judgement try putting yourself into their shoes, really visualize it and then see how you feel.
So let’s talk about someone who just died..Of course she looks tired.she was raising teen’s and twinyat that..i thought she looked beautiful but i am not looking for something wrong about her…Smgdh
That's her Southern genetics trailer park love! You know, " Hi Auntie Mom and Uncle Dad!" Did my two headed twin what's it, Jane and Bobby get Baptist reassignment. Yes it did! It is a little noticeable and lopsided with one head gone, but no one noticed at Walmart or Waffle house! Banjos, banjos!
Always had a massive soft spot for Lisa. So beautiful, that smokey voice, a talented singer, that look of intensity, her rebellious nature, Lisa always seemed a bit lost in life. It couldn’t have been easy losing her father so young and being Elvis’ daughter always put her in the spotlight. Such a tragedy to lose Lisa so young.
I met her at a C D signing for her first record. I stood in line for 2 hours just to have her sign my C.D. I went up to her and told her how much I loved her music. She looked me right in the eyes and said " Thank- you very much." So talented. So sad. RIP Your with your father and son. 😔
Yes she was a talented woman and I felt like she really has so much integrity. Anyone with fame and fortune can get away with just doing and ok job and letting their nepo status carry them but you could tell she really took the time to delve in deep and want to know the best ways to accomplish things. It very much reminded me of her dad who was know for deep studying of many different things like religion, the martial arts etc. I had a lot of respect for her. She was a true one❤
I am so sorry I'm so sorry she's gone I don't know what happened but it breaks my heart literally and forgive me for saying this but her music was pretty terrible
@@katiesingletary39 that's wonderful if you love her music there's something wrong with that I'm sure there's some music that people find it revolting like I don't like Bruce Springsteen he has got millions of fans but I can't stand his music doesn't mean I don't like the guy I just don't like his music I think she was a beautiful beautiful mother a beautiful wife unfortunately she was born into a world that people were going to judge her I'm not judging or not ever she's a beautiful person that I wish with all my heart and all my soul she was still with us
Seeing her at the Golden Globes, she appeared extremely exhausted and unwell. So much so that hearing the news of her passing made her appearance even more upsetting.
@@elizabethdesylva7825 100%, this is what I believe. My uncle committed suicide at the age of 21. My grandma was never the same. She died relatively young of an Angina-related heart attack. My mom and I are convinced she died of a broken heart. She didn’t smoke. Never touched a drug or a weed. Didn’t drink. Ate relatively healthy. 💔
@@mrbill9248 Sorry- it’s still a drug/intoxicant, but at least where I live, it’s often recommended by health care providers in small amounts for palliative care. But I believe that is neither here nor there? I was talking about mother’s dying of heartbreak from the passing of their child prior to them.
When I watched Lisa Marie at this event, I saw a gorgeous woman trying desperately to be present for everyone. She was struggling to stand, her skin was sallow, her speech was slow, her eyes were not focusing. She looked like she needed medical attention at that moment. I know we all saw this. Sadly at events like this fabulous event, people tend to overlook the way a person might appear, chalking it up to that person being tired or on something. I never thought she was anything but tired. She acted like most of us do after pulling an all nighter driving for hours or days. My heart breaks for those who are left behind. Her family, dear friends, doctors, employees, and loyal fans. She carried a heavy burden for decades and was without a private life. Lisa Marie, you left a beautiful legacy and we will always remember you and be grateful to you for all you did. You are no longer in pain , physically, emotionally, mentally and I know your father and your son welcomed you with a warm embrace. ( I’ve had a near death experience and I know your loved ones who have gone before, greet you at the end of the tunnel of light) Your loyal friends and fans and others will be here as strength for your family. We are all heartbroken. Sending love and saying prayers.
I actually said I'm amazed they didn't have medics check her, her skin was the pasty swollen look before a heart attack, I've seen it in my own family and the slurred speech.
Lisa had struggled with substance abuse (opioids) since she was a teen, and it seemed to only get worse after her son's death (very understandably so). Drugs like opiates/opioids cause the tiredness. I self-medicated with opioids as well, after experiencing tremendous loss. They don't just numb physical pain, but emotional pain as well. I can totally relate to what she was going through. It is so sad she is gone so young, but at least now she is free from all the emotional pain that plagued her. Her soul was tired. Now she has been reunited with her father and son in heaven and she is at peace.
Give me a break! Elvis her father wouldn't want her to pass and leave her children, he would never want his daughter to experience death like him still young and not get to enjoy her life with her children.
I felt the same thing. He played the role so authentically it was like hugging her dad😢❤. So much going on there on an intense emotional level. Many thanks to Austen for accomplishing what the family needed to find true comfort and continue to keep Elvis’ legacy alive for future generations ❤
I agree 🙏🏻😢!!! I want to say more, but really don’t know how to express my grief 🥺~~ I’m surprised that there isn’t more info (maybe I have not seen 😔)…. I know it doesn’t matter now!! I just pray she,& her family & friends,& fans are comforted by God 🙏🏻❤ (I don’t want to intrude on your feelings, but I thought you might feel some of the same feelings)😢 I don’t mean to offend anyone at all !!! 🙏🏻😁🥰✌️🙏🏻💜💜💜
She is such a beautiful girl. I read her article on losing her son, it was so sad and so incredibly beautiful at the same time, her soul was very deep. I really think it’s good for Lisa-Marie to have peace now, my god she needed it after losing Benjamin, she was in so much pain as she said in her article. I feel terrible for Prescilla, she will miss her beautiful daughter so much. May God give her strength, and know that Lisa is back with her Dad and her Son and she is at peace now 🙏♥️♥️♥️♥️🙏
He blew his head off with with a shotgun he bought from Courtney Love. It's just speculation if it was the same shotgun used so he'd have nevermind! Nevermind! Get it!
When I first saw Austin, I was really skeptical about the movie. But when I heard her say she'd seen people trying to play her father her whole life & this got it right, I HAD to see it. It was beyond incredible!!! Im so happy for Austin & everyone associated w it. Im glad Lisa was able to visit Graceland one last time for her Daddys bday & got to experience this before we lost her. She definitely took a piece of every Elvis fan w her. My prayers to Pricilla, Riley, Harper, & Finley. My heart is definitely w them. Having lost my daddy in 1977 when I was also 9, I have a piece of happiness knowing shes w her dad she's missed for 45yrs & her son she lost in 2020. I can imagine that got to be too big a burden to bear. RIP Lisa Marie. I pray you, Elvis & Benjamin are together giving eternal hugs to each other. Fly high beautiful lady🙏💔😥😭🌹
I thought so too..she had a great interview with Austin at graceland and she was so happy..I saw the happiness she shared with Austin..she was a sweetheart
As a recovering addict and I purposely OD’D 3 years ago but had someone find me (wasn’t breathing and had no heart beat) when no one should have, she seems severely depressed and also on opiates. I could be wrong but it looks like she is really struggling here. It’s sad
She looks not healthy, even the make up can t hide her teint! To white. Eyes are tired, why she s visited this Event? Maybe by visit a doctor, the lovely Lady would be alive. So sorry for her family and herself! She must ve felt, there s a great crisis? 🙏✝️R I P 🌹
@@familyof1052 yes she struggled with drug addiction (opioids) starting as a teen. I self-medicated with opioids as well, so it's easy to recognize the signs. She also spoke pretty openly about her struggles. Her son's death pushed her over the edge.
It’s tragic that she lost her beautiful son but she was in recovery ❤️🩹 for many years and she was heartbroken 💔 RIP Benjamin RIP Lisa Marie RIP with your daddy and your son ♥️ God Bless her children and her mom 😇
Sounds like she’s having a hard time with performing a complete sentence. Sad how many “famous” people go down the rabbit hole of drugs. It shows not even with all the money some have, it doesn’t buy happiness or brains.
She struggled with substance abuse (opioids) prior to her sons death.A lot of people don't realize that opioids/opiates don't just numb physical pain, but emotional pain as well. I became addicted to opioids after experiencing tremendous loss at an earlier point in my life. Lisa was in a lot of emotional pain and trying to self-medicate. The loss of her son just pushed her over the edge. At least now she is free from all the pain that plagued her.
At the GGA u could tell she was struggling. She endured so much heartache after her son passed. Such a tragic thing. Ty for keeping your father's legacy alive & creating one of your own🤍 She will be dearly missed. Rest in Paradise Lisa Marie ✝️
He deserved it he literally made Elvis feel like I was watching him for real and all that effort to get every dance every song even the voice right is amazing!!!
😢😢😢💔😓there was just something so special and genuine about Lisa’s heart you didn’t have to know her personally to feel the love. So sad she is no longer with us but happy that she got to see the triumph of this film a testament her fathers musical legacy.
Not that long ago when I was watching the movie I was definitely always thinking about Lisa Marie Presley. it is just so sad to hear that she passed away so soon just like her father. Just out of nowhere hearing this on the breaking news is just so shocking, so sad, so unexpected, so heartbreaking.
She was really lost, looking for a father figure in life. She attached herself to this actor leading up to her death because he reminded her so much of her dad. You can see it.
Unfortunately her choice in men were always below her station, she always went for musicians and that wasnt a good idea, she needed someone not in the business.
Lisa Marie will never be forgotten what a beautiful person she was now she can rest with her son and her father God bless her other children she will be well missed I'd love to listening to her music I just wish she had more time she was a beautiful person It's just sad that she's gone so young she's such a beautiful person God bless her and her family I'm praying for her now she can be with her loved ones
It's said that she had a hard life without a father she sounds just like him looks like him Smiles like him it's like looking at her father except it's her God bless he will be well missed the world will miss you very much
His sweetness, chivalry, humility, protectiveness, closeness, and respect for Elvis and his "girls" is just so pure. Most people don't get the chance to be totally immersed in their role, but he did and it shows. They're like family now. ❤ The awards Austin and the "Elvis" was well-deserved! In my opinion, anyway.
You could look at her and just feel the hurt she is feeling inside and been dealing with for a long time she is so beautiful but she has aged so much poor child may the Lord bless you and your family
Just so unbelievably sad.We just never know when it’s our time I guess.Good reason to always live life to its fullest.Live every day as if it’s your last🙏🏻🥀💔
@@Kristiina_J Yes you're right she missed her son sooooo much, just like Anna Nicole missed her son, I mean it literally broke there hearts Now they are out of pain and are so happy to be with the ones they truly love Hope you have nice weekend
Shes off her face, But whatever you gotta do to get through it all girl..cant imagine the life she would have had to live.. hope she's at peace now! Rest easy !
Yup. I'd be too if I was her. I can't judge her, i don't have the first clue how else to cope with the grief of a losing a child. I've so much admiration for parents who do.
She lost her son in such a horrible way. I admired her ability to stay gracious to the public and not just completely shut down. I'm sure she was medicated and bless her soul, who could blame her. I hope she is at peace.
@@musiclover-cn7tb That's sad 😔 I hope that she made it home to her Dad and her son. Nobody deserves só much pain in their lives. Thank you for answering me. I really do appreciate it.
She went through her life with a deep beautiful love for her family and dignity and charity. She was almost the same age as me. I was 9 ish when Elvis died. I remember seeing it on the news and bursting into tears. I didnt really know who he was but I felt so sad for his little girl when they showed photos of her on his knee and seeing the love in his eyes. And Wow in her 30s she was the total copy of him so was her son Ben. RIP that family lives well and die young!! Jesse died as a baby Elvis twin brother Elvis was in early 40s Lisa was early 50s. Sad.
I AM NOT A DOCTOR SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME NOBODY PICKED UP SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH HER UNBELIEVABLE SOMETHING COULD OF BEEN CAUGHT LOOK AT HER FACE AND EYES 👀 AND EVEN WHEN SHE WAS TALKING WERE WAS HER MOTHER SO SAD 😞 😔 😟
My heart breaks looking at Lisa she was really suffering from the loss of her son, how does a parent cope with that?!... I know I couldn't. She was absolutely suffering from hers sons passing, she was trying to push through life.... 😔. I just want to put my arms around her ♥️...I'm so sad by her passing, I'm sad for the whole family so much loss in a space of 2 years so heart breaking 💔.. RIP Lisa you beautiful soul 🙏🌹🦋
