I like to think that Lester is just a strange man by today’s standards. But underneath it all is a genuinely decent person. Compared to the hell that is the franchise, he’s perfectly normal.
We better see Lester and Salt crab alive and okay. They seem like the only two people that can pretty much go through downtown without getting killed or without killing.
I want to see Tay Mack still alive tbh, the only member of the Mack family who still has sanity left in him. (Outside of Spence Mack, but he joined the franchise.)
I want Lester to find happiness and satisfaction. I want him to reach ever higher levels of rotisseur prowess so his meaty cuisine is responsible for bringing life back to Downtown Olathe, once the franchise leaves it.

Dear LORD, as someone whose first experience actually playing a LISA game is the Infinity Unfolds version of SOTWS, getting to this area, hearing an even more soothing remix of LISA's most relaxing and calm theme, meeting/befriending one of the few people in Downtown Olathe that won't fall under the Infinity Franchise's sway, and getting access to cheap bulk food to buy was a breath of fresh air. This theme really makes you feel like you've found an oasis in a desert of violence and madness to recuperate at.
Heh, neat little metaphor incoming. When listening to summer love, you feel like death is out the door, your relaxing with a few fellas buying drinks, but the weirdest thing when listening to this. Is that I imagine this chill and relaxing place where nobody is speaking, just the dim silence like your delaying the inevitable. Got that out my chest.
I get the sentiment, he is a pretty interesting character, but he is pretty op. Its pretty subtly implied that the only reason he has survived this long is because he has one of what is probably near the last fine weapon left in lisa the pointlesses world, a katana. he wouldn't be much use without it, and hes op with it.
Unfortunately, I don't think he'll even appear again in either of the next chapters. We will get our choice of Stan, or a biker femboy with a knife though
He is the only skilled butcher, sure you can kill someone. But their flesh will still be tainted by the air of downtown Olathe. And Lester is the only one who knows how to properly cook meat. So pretty much everyone in downtown Olathe requires him to live or everyone dies of starvation.
Going by the hallucination and the description on the jersey it seems like the franchise recruits new people by preying on their insecurities, Lester is a stronk man who does what he loves so hes safe
i headcanon lester sounding like mickey goldmill from rocky i imagine him saying "GO KILL FOR LESTER!" in the same tone as "GET UP YOU SONOFABITCH! CAUSE MICKEY LOVES YA!"
He probably has a brother/cousin called Moe Bean, who was the inventor of Moe's Special Blend considering how the spritesheets has a individual identical to Lester (except he wears a brown suit and has no hairnet)
I haven't played Pointless just yet, but Jesus Christ this sounds melancholic and just gives me some strong bad vibes (not bad on uncomfortable level, just makes me sad)
