The AIP or Autoimmune Diet is an elimination diet where you stop eating foods that cause inflammation. Typically people are on this diet for a couple months and then reintroduce foods and see if there are any reactions during the reintegration phase.
I tried this diet for 2 months for my Psoriasis and saw some good results. Now I have continued to stay gluten and dairy free. I followed the Autoimmune fix by Tom O'bryan - amzn.to/3o0AcIS
