When I tell you I-131 and I-765 no longer being free is PAINFUL LOL. I’ve decided last minute to remove them from my packet as I actually can’t afford the extra $1k atm. They were time-consuming to fill though; I hope I don’t regret this.

I sended my adjustment of status package on 6/12 and i got my biometrics scheduled for 7/15, hopefully after that I don’t get a RFE or an interview notice 🙏 thanks for all your help

Thank you! I filed concurrently in March this year follwing your videos . I got my biometric waived due to my previous work permit. It's been 4 months now and I do not get any updates. I heard some with the same PD with me got their work permit and even 130 and 485 approvals. I just feel why it is different. I mean some are long and some are fast.

Thanks for your video, I wanted to ask if we are submitting the I-130 online do we need to wait for the approval online before we send in the other forms such as I-485 and I-765 because how would they know the form I-130 my petitioner submitted is related to my application? Also from the sample of the cover letter, do we just exclude form I-130 from the cover letter since we are filing that online?

It’s very informative and professional and it helped me to file petition for my father-in-law For family reunion with all the form explanations I was able to do it and get approval very quickly takes me exactly 13 months but right now I have a issue, my father-in-law got approved, for a Visa approved however embassy mentioned that his has missing military records copies like military book not all the pages (copies ) provided and cosulat called and ask to provide all copies and it was not clear how to provide consulat said whoever did it they know how to do it can you please let me know how i can submit those documents to embassy, because they were not specific should i submit it true NVC civil documents ? Thank you in advance

Hello, could you talk about document translation and how to do it? I was watching your videos but I couldn't find any where you talk about it.

I'm an American citizen and my wife is from the Dominican republic, she has a tourist visa, we got married here in the US in Aug 2023 and she went back home to D.R and came back to the US in Nov 2023 for our family cruise and returned home again in December, we plan to apply for adjustment status now that she is here permanently but her I 94 doesnt show that she returned to D.R back in December 2023 eventhough she checked in with customs in December..will this be a problem for us when applying for an adjustment status??

First of all, thanks for this excellent video. I have a quick question. I got an immigration attorney to prepare and file my Adjustment of Status, but she has been really bad. So far, my I-485 has been returned twice due to amateur errors made by my attorney. The first time, she didn’t send the correct payment, and the second time, she filed outdated versions of the forms. I was thinking that it might be best if I just file by myself. Do you know if I’m allowed to do this, or does it have to be done by my attorney since she was the one that filed the I-130 and I-485 on behalf of my wife and me?

Would it be the same process if my parents are in Mexico? I am a US citizen

Hello.. I obtained an I-797 form for my brother, but they made a mistake in the visa type field. Instead of writing a visa for the brothers and sisters of an American citizen, they wrote a visa for the parents of an American citizen on it. IR5 I-797 date it on 08/15/2023 Please tell me how to correct this error. Thank you very much.

I'm a seafarer holding a valid C1-D visa, and I got married to a US citizen on June 2, 2024. Although I haven't applied for my green card yet, Im gathering documents and planning to submit mu adjustment of status next year. Since I'll be returning to the ship this month, I understand from your videos that it's crucial not to leave the US while my green card application is pending unless I've been approved for the I-131 travel document. My question is, Do I still need to apply for the I-131 while applying for my greencard, considering I have a valid C1-D visa that allows me to work on the cruise ship? Thank you so much!

Т.е. если я уже делала маме медицину и провалилась на этапе налогов(в тот день, когда наш CPA должен был зафайлить налоги он умер и мы узнали об этом аж спустя много-много месяцев, когда получили отказ в документах…), значит я могу в той же клинике заказать повторный результат медицины? Hi , i applied alien relative i 130 for my wife .After that she updated her passport. Now, her passport number is changed and the expiry date of the passport is changed as well. Now,do i need to update her existing application or do i need to wait until result comes?

When I did the concurrent filing I didn't add the filing fee for forms I-131 and I-765. Do you think they will return my application or they will just send a RFE?. Thanks for your videos by they way, they have been really helpful in this process.

kseniya, on form 765 when it asks if i filled before, i filled and had my package returned due to wrong filling, does that mean i have to say yes now that im sending again?

Hi, I have DACA with work permit active and plan on renewing DACA until green card arrives. With that being said when I file for AOS should I also file an additional I-765 work permit form ? Or should my WorkPermit from DACA suffice?
