I can't imagine how difficult it was to direct that choir of howling wind. Difficult harmonies going from pianissimo to fortissimo in two notes, with barely any rhythm to guide it. Holy crap.
This song makes me cry, it's so beautiful! I love Bambi so much and I've watched it since it first came out when I was a little girl. It's a wonderful, wonderful movie as all the old Disney animated movies are! The new ones can't compare!

I always imagine a cute little Sobble using Rain Dance, and that when the storm hits, it's Thundurus attacking Sobble, who shelters with a group of other Pokemon, and it resumes dancing for a few seconds once Thundurus leaves.
There was such a mind shocking amount of fine, fine level detail in every aspect of those movies from that era. This is brilliant composition, and the precision and beauty, humor, tenderness and awareness of the audience age is hard to even calculate. Some time if you can find a documentary that was made about the making of the movie, look at just the time the animators spent studying and drawing live animals motion studies. It is such a huge, complex masterpiece. Sure, it's my childhood favorite to.🤗

When i was younger every time they said "when the sky is cloudy" i used to think they would say "when the sky is calling" to this day I still see it like that but I'm trying to get out of it XD
