The Sumo Stance by Little Giant is one of the newest ladder innovations that has hit the market. The Sumo Stance is an extension ladder that features wide-stance outriggers to increase the width of the base of the ladder, providing an increase of 500% side-tip stability.
The outriggers can also be vertically adjusted to accomodate for situations when the ladder must be used on uneven ground or surfaces. In addition to each of these features, the SumoStance has a built in leveler so you can be sure your ladder is level before climbing. It also has a built-in Safe Angle Indicator which informs you when the ladder is tilted at the appropriate angle to be used.
