I am 100% Polish and Slavic, but I love British and Irish culture and music! I lived and worked in England for over 10 years and it was a nice time! You're doing a good job, Brendan!
This is EXACTLY what the world needs. Arts and entertainment that erupt directly out of the human experience. Direct participation with our bodies and with each other. No more sitting on the sidelines. Every community needs a "third place", or common place to hang out. Joy and connection are spontaneous❤
@@JohnSmith... im sure you are not alone. I get you point though. Not my thing but you can't deny her enthusiasm. In a world filled with do nothing idiot kids it's nice to see some still have spirt. These types deserve credit even if you do not like the medium. There are plenty who probably find what you enjoy in life to be annoying too.
When Father & daughter are in ACCORD .made me miss mine ,it IS such a special.bind . The first man who teaches us those ever important aspects of live , respect love
Well Played ~ • Great for the ears and eyes • My Mother played/plays the accordion ~ like clock work every Saturday while growing up! House full of Music 🎵 Thank You both 😊
Looking forward to St Patty's parades here in the US soon!! They get bigger and bigger every year! The river in downtown Chicago is turned bright green! It is an awesome sight! But Boston has the biggest parade in the US for any Irish folks planning on visiting the US.
Beware of what you brag about making thousands of Quid playing and busking because you are under the spotlight and either someone from China or a HM Tax official may audit you and nail you for tax evasion so don't brag how much you make
Zoe, you made me smile and took my mind off my pains for a bit. You are a beautiful young lady. Thank you both. Much appreciation and love from California.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Way to go, Brendan Kavanagh! Accordion AND Irish Music! And not a single ChiCom Agent in sight! A Glorious performance from both you and that charming lass! Sláinte 🍻!
I agree with your comment wholeheartedly. I don’t want those nasty Communist group to break his spirit, he has brought so much joy to all of us weekly.
Kavanagh is an ancient Irish clan name, southeast Ireland, but traditional Irish music and olde English folk music have intertwined songs , love a lot of the Fairport convention stuff,
They aren't communist, just Chinese. It's a dictatorship, with rich and poor, individual means nothing there and money means everything. Not really fitting a definition of communism. @@darlenechandler2403
The little girl 👧dancing 💃is absolutely brilliant she is a star 🌟🌟🌟🌟it really good that you don't send he a way , Your absolutely brilliant accordion player please stay safe and well done ✔✔ from David ps your really great 👍👍👍👍your brilliant
@@Murphy1968 I get a shiver up my spine thinking about how powerful the actions of people who stand up for what is right can be. Something to be proud of, something to be honored.
Went to school in the UK for a semester in 99. I really want to make it back one day. God bless you sir. Thanks for standing your ground against those jerks!!!
A little bit of Paris at St Pancras! Nice instrument! I've played for almost 7 decades. What was the French piece you played? Bravo with the Irish piece and the dancing lass. I've played in French cafe squares and I used to play at FAIRS and outside English tea shops ... all with permission and often where other artists were painting or playing their music ( take turns ) and its hard work for peanuts!!!! I have to have notation! YAH... dont touch the accordion!!!!! When I first did a MONTMARTRE in my village having not played for years I had to get used to not just the camera but being recorded with all my mistakes. I always play in costume! I think the joy you bring to people on the street going about their business is very good. You also play a variety of styles...and encourage the public to sing dance and play 🎶🎶🎶 Bravo Bon Courage et Bon Continuation!
@@sveltergamer5934 I don't know, I'm not from the UK so I don't know the branding... Part of me was wondering if they were wads of $ notes... But again, I don't know what is common look in the UK.
What a gift to have you and the dancer bringing joy to the world. Please , please don’t stop. I look forward to your music videos. Thank you for who you are and standing for your great service.
Absolutely brilliant, and to have that young girl come up ask you to play some Irish music & show her talent was the icing on the cake. I hope you enjoyed your coffee!
That was just so great to hear your playing of the Accordion! I just read that was your delightful daugher, what a talented young lady! Well done to her! Keep it going and Democracy is not dead! go for it!! For many years I did not know my dad could play the Accordion as well! It is always delightful to hear you do any music but it was such fun to hear an Irish song! As I find them so lively! Well done to you both! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👌
That means a lot to me, STHFGDBY. Despite being 'award winning" this that and the next my English speech triggers too much hostility there. So Mile Maith agat agus Beannachtai ort.
What are you talking about! As someone who lives in the UK I can tell you that 'European' culture is just fine and no one is trying to take it away depite what you have been programmed to believe.
THIS MADE ME CRY, WHEN I REALIZED THIS WAS YOUR DARLING DAUGHTER, SOO TALENTED, HER SMILE IS A GIFT TO THE WORLD, HER DAD, OVERCOMING THE EVIL ATTACK AGAINST HIM JUST RECENTLY IN THE TRAIN STATION, PROVES DEMOCRACY STILL SHINES BRIGHTLY!! I THANK GOD FOR HIS AMAZING GRACE TO YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY!! YOU ARE ❤ ALL OVER THE WORLD!! THE BATTLE IS MINE, SAITH THE LORD!! USA
I would be careful speaking in absolutes - absolute democracy is also not recommended. Oh, you're christian, and an American. Let's hope you aren't one of those that like to cast stones whilst living in a glass house. What is the "evil" that you speak of? Because all I saw was human decency being thrown out the window, and comment sections turning into cesspools of hate. Not very jesus-like now, is it?
@@CB-xr1eg Watch River Dance videos, they are pretty armless so won't do any harm ... :-) That Dance was as culturally impactive as ABBA's Waterloo, but so severely constrained in movement.
Amazing how 2 people can spread so much joy to the rest of the world. Thanks Brendan and Zoe. Will we get accordion Boogie Woogie later? Cheers from the USA.
