I love this episode it's probaly the best LHOTP out there. At the end we r left wondering who or what jonathan really was. In my opinion he was an angel sent by god to show her that pa loves her and to keep her saw until pa got there. That hug between the two of them is so beautiful!
Unfortunately, the ending is cut off. If you haven't seen the ending, Laura and her dad turn around so Laura can show him who Jonathan is and the only thing they see is a dove in a bush which quickly flies away. The best LHOTP episode!!
this I "think" has to be my VERY FAV Little House episode, the scene between Laura and Ernest Borgnine is so sweet, but when Pa finds her, is "priceless", I STILL cry EVERYTIME I see Michael Landon... my second FAV tv show Oldschool, next to The Waltons, both VERY family oriented, values, a RARITY these days... sweet.
moment 5:52 "PRICELESS", the hug between Laura and Pa, him and her both crying, I have CHILLS still to this day watching this scene... wow... powerful episode I'll never forget!
I think that when people now are as close to there feelings and emotion as Charles was, there would be less people with depressions, mariage problems or burn-out. who told us that whe can't cry or let our emotion out....
I recently had the honor of telling Mr. Borgnine that this is one of my favorite examples of his acting. However, there are many liberties taken with the truth of the story. Laura never was jealous of Freddie, and never ran away from home. That's all Landon. I'm pleased to see how talented Jennifer Landon has become! Really awesome!
Wow So Wonderful Video miss the 1to 4 Seasons Episodes dear here in SRI-LANKA they are Showing now Season 7 so Sad love this Drama Soo much & its soo Brain Relaxing family life in 18 th Century May God Bless All of them Who are doing a Wonderful job in MANY MANY more years to Come !
This episode is so sad and yet so full of hope and love I know this is out of topic, but Melissa locks so beautiful with open hair, it suits her better than her braids, especially when she grew older.
During the first few seasons of LIttle House, actress Melissa Gilbert did in fact have braces on her teeth. However, braces were not a part of the 1800 era so they were able to cleverly disguise the braces in her mouth in putting in retainers.
Marty Howe The big bang created an environment in which life could grow, most life has a brain, emotions are controlled by the brain. If you're still unclear, perhaps take some time to study the human brain.👍
I REMEMBER ALL THESE PARTS WHEN I WAS A CHILD DURING '70'S. I REMEMBER MELISSA GILBERT (LAURA INGALLS) BLAMING HERSELF 🙄 FOR THE TRAGIC 😥 LOSS 📉 OF HER NEWBORN YOUNGER BROTHER AND DECIDED TO RUN AWAY FROM THE HOUSE.😢
Hi, would you be so kind and upload the last segment?. The quality of your uploads is much better than the others I see and it's such a wonderful episode!. Thanks so much.
OK, would someone please help me identify this episode of "Little House on the Prairie"? There's this one scene with two girls and one girl runs away to cry. The other girl follows her, and when she catches up, she briefly mistakes her crying for laughter, before corrected.
I loved this episode, but I think some parts were left out.Jonathon had a pet dove and Laura said she had to find a bigger mountain that still had snow on it.It's been yaers since I saw it so I'm not sure
Si?... pero es que quiero ver el video en español. ´No tienes la versión en español? si fuera posible... Bueno muchas gracias por tu respuesta amigo...!!!
this episode reminds me of monty pythons quest for the holy grail,, i bet a african swallow coulda carried that cross, and the guy on the hill shouldn't have given laura back until charles and mr edwards brought him a shrubbery
HAHA yeah! if a guy today made a girl go in the water and wash herself he would get arrested with like 48439534 charges lol. i love this episode tho =]
Spanish??? That would ruin the talking because of the voice-overs... Isn't there someone who can translate for you? I'd be happy to if only I spoke Spanish...
