Morgo: 5:12 "Oh no, I think I recognize her... She's the owner of the club back there" _Mr. Voice..._ _How did you recognize the owner of an _*_underground hamster sexclub?_*
I think he stops messing around with misfortune every now and then and just think:” damn, she had it worse than I thought, almost makes me want to let her go,but I still won’t let’s toy with her some more!
I feel like either Mr. Voice starts to feel genuinely bad and doesn’t want her to have to suffer so much or maybe he’s just a good actor, but I prefer the first option
I always noticed how it seems like Margo is genuially trying to make her day better? I know he's the villian but there so many times where he sounds like he genuinely wants Misfortune to just have fun or see something nice, and it just gets ruined
He probably believes himself to be the hero of the story. He targets dead children with troubled pasts, playing games with them, trying to comfort them in a weird way. But it's all wrong. The kids shouldn't be trapped in his game loops, the sort of limbo he creates for them breaks apart in pain and confusion. Like the Beldam or other fair folk, his love for the children is true, but inhuman.
Little misfortune sees a hanged man, witnesses and had the guilt of killing a dog, was ignored as she was just a ghost, realised she was dead, had to go though her dads horrid behaviour, her mothers parenting which was terrible and so much more, but her childish brain interprets it as a game and with ‘kindness’
9:00 Ok, i know Morgo is evil and is taking advantage of Misfortune but if he had revealed himself to be evil after falling for Misfortune's cute and innocent ways, I would have loved to see that
Once I was running alongside one of it, spinning it and I fell over and got dragged for a second and I let go and rolled over and somehow I didn’t even get a scratch. I was completely fine apart from the fact that my pants got pulled down a centimetre. My mum was on her phone the whole time lol
Aww it was so sad when the duck blew smoke in her face. She was trying to calm herself down and then said it was normal meaning that it probably happens to her a lot. Probably due to her mother or father 🥲
@@BrunoHartmann- I think it's famous, if I'm right it even got a remastered version of it. Though it's probablly not that famous to those who uses the internet at this day of age
Jokes aside, I feel like Morgo genuinely feels bad for Misfortune, I mean, yeah, ik he's evil and is literally leading her to her death, but still, you can hear from his voice that he literally feels bad. I also noticed that even if Morgo is evil, he seems better than Misfortunes parents, I mean, he makes her day better, make sure she stays innocent, and stops her from cussing. I bet he'd be a good fatherly figure if he wasn't evil.
I still don't get why people say that he is evil. He just does what he needs to do . Same as benjamin. nobody questions that he guards her to a weirdo cave with weirdo skeleton and we get no information what happens to her soul? It's like yin and yang. There is no evil and there is no good. He reminds me a lot of CHZO who has the same thing. He eats off the dead so he has to do it, that's it. And if benjamin literally represents something "holy" then he does the same, he just collects souls and takes them to the opposite site of morgo's realm.
@@gabt.389 yup. "Kiri" meaning "fog" and "doko desuka" basically meaning "where is it?" Based on the end of the game it seems that the fog is the destination that spirits search for, so seems like Hiro was doing that
What’s sad is even though he’s taking advantage of her he’s still somehow a better parent than her real parents Edit: There is a war in the reply section. Grab some popcorn and a hazmat suit.
When I saw the game and watched a full gameplay of it I actually really liked "Mr. Voice." Or Margo, Morgo... If that was his name idk? But at the end... It made me feel like I got betrayed lmfao-
What's tragic about this villain is like most abusive relationships he has his charms. When he's not manipulating her in between schemes he's giving her some decent advice
I think it's interesting how with all the dirty the jokes, Misfortune, a little kid, is unaware about some of the more adult things that go on around her, but the player, who is (Hopefully) an adult understands what's going on, since the game is rated m. It really puts things into perspective
there is no such thing as "adult things", only delicate subjects, being sensitive does not end once you are an adult; and believe me, not all the ones who played the game were adults.
@Joshua Davies it really depends on the person so I can't say for sure, but I'd say a safe estimate is by the time you are maybe 15 or so? I know it sounds like a short window but people often learn a lot in their early teen years.
Well, since I was educated about this stuff since I was a kid, I'd probably get the suicide and stuff from about age ten. However, certain things in between the lines, like maybe theorizing why the man killed himself and why Misfortune doesn't have a good family, and also certain symbolisms, I'd probably not get. It really depends on upbringing and how much you learn. For most people I'd say they'd get most of it at 13. But little intricate things they'd probably understand more at 14-15. And gain some of the best understanding, not just of what is going on flat out, but also in between the lines around 16. Of course as an adult you would hopefully understand more. And one person's understanding of something, may not be another person's understanding of something. (Sorry for any typos)
@Joshua Davies It also depends on culture. What type of environment you were brought up in and the lengths of your curiosity at nature. When I was 7-13 I understood most mature topics and references.
I swear she's to wholesome- Edit: This comment was made 7 fkn months ago. Get over me using the wrong type of to you cactus cons. (Not changing it just to spite y'all, xoxo chyup chyup mwah mwah 😘)
despite it all, mr. voice is probably the only adult figure in her life to even teach her anything and be a good parental figure to her. but it's still so fucking sad, man
8:57 Idk why but this moment seems like one of the rare moments where Morgo is like an actual father figure to Misfortune or just have a small wholesome moment together where he sounds like he doesn’t want her soul
8:48 God, I remember those things.. I was once riding on one with another person on it, and I got thrown off at full speed. The other person laughed while my girl scout troop made sure I was okay lol
People are talking about how nice mr. voice seems, and how “wholesome” he is… People. This is EXACTLY what pedofiles do! They form positive memories around them and the victim(s), so that when the go too far, the child believes this to be normal, because “This person was so nice to me!” “Is this… normal?” “Should I be ok with this?” Most of the time, especially with repeat offenders, it’s not just “hey, little kid! I’ve got some candy!”. It’s much more complex than that. So if you make a comment about how “wholesome” he is, or how he “genuinely cares”, or “is a great father figure”, take a step back. He takes her to a strip club, and tries to get her to go in.
I get Morgo is like,, the antagonist, but I like to think he is genuinely parenting Misfortune at some points and so I like to imagine every time she casually talks about some horrible shit in her life like it's a Normal Childhood Thing he's got this look on his face- like "You sweET poor SUMMER child I'm trying to KILL YOU but I really wanna hug you rn are you okay?"
she is 8. children at 8 aside from parents are not like ..dumb you know? nowadays in kindergarden you don'T want to imagine what the kids already know and talk about from the media.....
Because it’s a hand sign often used to indicate aggression being reused in an absurd manner, you’re not special for reducing things to their literal meaning smh
