@@MariaGasca-Reyes in what context? The landscape of the mountains and weather is definitely better here. I grew up in Chicago so I know Mexican food. The only thing Hispanics know how to cook in Colorado is ‘green chile’ and they use yellow American cheese for everything.. Am I lying?
