I'm out of my comfort zone here, as more abstract styles are fairly new to me. But what better way to build on that, than to share my progress with you!
T'is a humble wee study. I'd found some green painted pages in an old Sketchbook, so I thought I'd try a no-pressure go at some tiny flowers and leaves..
I purposely didn't give myself time for much thought! haha. I wanted to just paint intuitively and quickly.
I hope you enjoy it. I am subscribing to anyone who subscribes to my channel, so that if you have a go yourself, and post it, I'll be able to see it!
*Alternatively, I'm on / hollytomasdesign so, if you tag me, I'll be able to connect with you there! :O)
I aim to make my classes: Relaxing, Informative & Fun, so if I've achieved that today, I'll be very chuffed!
Ta ta for now!

Cat Tongue Brush: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...
Filbert size 4, I used this from a set: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...
Liner Brush. I used: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...
Paints:
White gouache (I used Daniel Smith)
Dr Ph Martin's Hydrus Quinacridone Magenta
Cotman watercolour: Cerulean Blue
Another blue on my palette lol.... probably French Ultramarine?
Undersea Green (Daniel Smith)
Dr Ph Martin's Concentrated watercolour Olive green
I started with paler flowers/leaves, then mixed colours with the white gouache to create tints. Then I used fairly neat watercolour, and almost white to create layers.
