Was never expecting anything less than 200k... prices are in the ball park of what we were expecting. Once other developers start, it will be further in the future so we're expecting prices to be about the same. We don't expect any 2 bed places to be under 240k... cheers guys.

So jealous, watching from a cold and very wet Lanark. On the plus side we will have enough days to come out mid April for another six week stint at our place in Punta Prima. New Build prices have just gone through the roof all around Torreveija in the last 18 months.
Hi Iain, Yes, we were surprised at the new build prices here for a one-bedroom apartment. I'm sure/hopeful there will be some more apartments there a little less expensive.
