Max's South Seas Hideaway not only has some of the best vintage and modern tiki decor in the country, but it also has some of the best cocktails! We start with a quick talk with owner, Mark Sellers, and then move on to make a flaming bowl drink with lead bartender, Erin.
You may notice some video and sound quality issues. When I do shows away from The Breezeway, the one-man-production-team in me has a tough time getting it perfect. It will get better with time. Hopefully it's not too much of a distraction from the show. It's a fun one, regardless!
To make the the drink in the video you will need:

1½ oz fresh lime juice
1 oz orgeat
1 oz dry curaçao
1 oz fresh orange juice
1 oz Jamaican Pot Still Black Rum (Hamilton)
1 oz Light Overproof rum (Wray & Nephew)
2 oz light Puerto Rican rum (Hamilton White Stache)

Put everything in a blender and and mix at high speed for 20 seconds.
Pour into a volcano bowl and serve with two long straws.
