San Francisco Bartender Comes to The Breezeway [Doc Parks] 

There are few bartenders in tiki who are worthy of the national acclaim that they receive. I believe Doc Parks to be one of those. His resume is an impressive one. It includes Trader Vic's in Emeryville.
Take a look into Doc's bartending story and make a downright incredible cocktail with us, 'Once A Villager!'
To make the drink in this video, you will need:

3/4 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz Passinola (sub passion fruit syrup)
1/4 oz Doc Parks #1 (sub 2 to 1 demerara syrup and allspice dram)
1 barspoon of falernum
1/2 oz Barbados rum (Real McCoy)
1 oz Jamaican Overproof rum (Worthy Park)
1 oz Demerara rum (Hamilton 86)
1 barspoon of Rum Fire
Generous dash of Absinthe

Mix with pebble ice on high for about 15 seconds. Dump all of the contents into a large snifter glass. Garnish with three pineapple balls and an orchid skewered to a Chinese hanging lantern garnish. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
