Well I made it. 265 days without alcohol. It was pretty difficult but definitely worth it! These are some of my experiences. I'll put out another video at year 2... Hopefully I'll be in much better health!
Thanks man! I'm looking forward to next years update. Ya I would say telling your story is cool. Just get it out there and maybe someone can relate to it.
You got this! I don't drink alcohol, but this video showed up in my recommendations. I do like junk food too much, so I'm hoping to cut down on that. Great video! Here's hoping for a happy and healthy new year! ☺👍
Thank you! Ya life is a lot better without alcohol. I just started eating only while foods and I couldn't believe how much better I feel. I'd say try it for one week!
@@b_ry_ce Yeah, I need to eat better than I am and lose some weight. By the way, I subscribed to your channel. You seem like a cool guy. Now if only I could talk you into doing some ASMR videos! I would subscribe to you twice, LOL! Take care of yourself, my friend, and talk to you again sometime soon. --Mike 🤗
@@MisterMusicMouse hey thanks for subscribing! My channel is pretty random but I always try to make it a little entertaining at least. I love junk food... it's so good but I want to be buff. I was like 10 years ago so I want to try again. What is AMSR?
@@b_ry_ce Yeah, I understand about the junk food and wanting to be buff. ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's popular in videos on RU-vid. While watching an ASMR video, you wear earphones and listen to people whisper, talk quietly, tap on things, etc. It is very relaxing. It sends a tingling sensation to some who experience it, while others think it's just weird, LOL. I just happened to mention it to you because it's something I enjoy. I'll check out your other videos on here. Keep on being awesome! 😎
@@MisterMusicMouse interesting I have never heard of that. I guess there is everything on RU-vid haha I think the sound of my voice would annoy people more than anything. I'll have to check that out sounds weird to me but who knows haha
Im.on my 4 month no alchol i can understand what your saying im 47 i was a binge drinker i always kept fit but i have been traning flat out weights running boxing bjj and bike its still not great but its better with out it.
Good for you that is awesome! Keep it up and I know that's hard... I'm about a year and a half without alcohol but I still want it everyday... I just know if I have one drink my life goes back to shit.
OK, these are some good reminders, there’s no question that increasing your mental clarity and boosting your drive, comes with quitting. Yes, there are many ways to kick the habit, Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever is what worked for me, best shortcut I go’ogled that took days without withdrawal.
