My "basic ramen" is basically a stir-fry with tons of different vegetables and I add it to my homemade chicken/fish stock and frozen ramen noodles and OMG it's the most AMAZING ramen I've ever eaten! I started doing this because my doctor put me on a low salt diet and I had to find something that tastes good, satisfies my taste buds, and is pretty good for me! Great video!!
I've been a vegetarian for 20+ years, and somehow I love watching Hiro make these dishes, and I would actually love to taste some of his awesome looking foods, even tho I don't eat meat lmao
Nice dish Hiro, I think I've got you beat when it comes to ramen though. I can cook mine in the microwave in 90 seconds and it comes already plated(in a cup).
My wife and I have been making live lobsters the last few months since I've introduced her to your videos. I even made some homemade Nigiri style sushi last night with the Faroe islands salmon. Love u guys and your channel.

Been experimenting more with Ramen noodles (soup). Adding broccoli, eggs, etc. This will definitely step mine up a bunch. Great video as always chef! 👍
Imo, the soul of this ramen is the soup base, it has all the favors from the ingredients, especially with those Crawfish head, I could have quite a few bowl of it easily! :D
It's delicious because of the "Crawfish Butter", the yellow orange cloudlike substance that is inside the head. Literally the best part of the entire crawfish. It actually is an organ in the head called the hepatopancreas. Anyone who only "sucks the head" and eats the tail is ***wasting*** all that umami goodness of the culinary gods. A REAL crawfish eater gently removes the shell around the head to reveal the crawfish butter and doesn't waste a drop. (That's me.)

Just a FYI at the tail part you see the upper small semi round fin. Take it and rock it up sideways until you here a breaking sound. Then pull the poop shoot out. They must be raw. Love you vlogs.
We also call crawfish small/baby lobsters in Chinese so maybe that's what crawfish is called in Japanese as well and Hiro is probably just translating directly from Japanese
I like how he cuts with the full blade of the knife. I always seem to favor the back and middle but he starts at damn near the tip with each slice and it seems to cuts with less effort.
