Hahahaa, a car with black windows, I told you many times that yr traffic rules are "out of date" and need to be changed. Just make a law that the front and side front windows must be "clean", so everyone can communicate in traffic with the driver. This is a LAW IN EUROPE. Now you have a shooting and cannot see who are in the car and if they have guns. It's your problem that can be solved so easily if people who make laws, start thinking and using their brains about safety.
