Laura describes the pioneer beginnings of Grove City and how one woman and her six children helped the unchartered wilderness become a community. Melissa takes you to the miles of bike paths to see where many residents spend their Saturdays. Grove City introduced the first thoroughbred racetrack in Ohio at Beulah Park in 1923. That is now gone but the name is reemerging as the city is in the midst of building the Beulah Park Development, complete with diverse housing, dining, office space and green space.
Grove City enjoys ease in commutes. It rests at the base of Columbus's 270 loop and right along the well-traveled Interstate 71. With new hospital expansion and other business, new jobs are being offered. It offers acres of open farmland as well.
