The utter incompetence of everyone on the prosecution's side is an embarressment and should warrant an investigation into their competence, unprofessionalism, and results of past cases.
The worst part of it is that it takes away several months of the defendant’s life that she will never get back. And Lally does not care because he gets his salary regardless of the result
The FBI has been doing their own investigation from day one so these people will all be held accountable the FBI knows it's not Karen Reid saying it's impossible for her car to have done that damage and I believe their testifying on her behalf as well. These people will all be going down for both the crime and the cover-up.

I'm watching one of the stupidest things I've ever seen from a prosecution. This kid well, it's sad. The worst part of all of this is that he took a class and they vetted him as an expert witness. How does that happen? I'm going to be very concerned for this country if she is found guilty.
It doesnt make sense that Karen Read would do a 3-point turn (or a u-turn) and then go 24 mph in reverse for 62 feet to hit John O'Keefe. Why not just hit him driving forward? Did anyone else catch that?

John OKeefe was 6 foot 2 inches tall. The Tail light was lower down and would have hit him in the knee. How did it hit his arm which was higher?. Crazy Guy.
I’ve taught special needs children for 40+ years. This guy is definitely on the autism spectrum. His speech impediment is one I’ve heard often in that population. Also, he has attention issues that we haven’t seen in any other testimonies. Not only is Mr. Jackson brilliant, but he has the patience of a saint. I think he had a learning curve at the beginning of the cross of this guy and he pulled it off!😮
like i previously claimed on previous days, the prosecutor Lally is calling every crackhead witness he can get his hands on to keep the jury from hearing the real experts, as long as he possibly can.
All these people need a career change. It is so obvious they got these positions based on who they know, not what they know. These "experts" truly know nothing about the subjects they so ignorantly speak of.
by this guys testimony, John had to be pushed, or fly, or have been moved, 30 feet....but also, it was a side swipe, so he wouldn't have received "100%" of the impact energy.....so the car must have been moving 100+mph based on his "stuff"
Sounds like Trooper Paul describes the car movements from the ECU as being consistent with her striking John's Chevy Traverse... turning of the steering wheel, etc
don't need to be on the jury to know this guy is lying. Anyone that has had an accident reconstructed by him should immediately have it appealed; he is clueless.
Actually, John was not a nice guy was happy for Karen to look after the kids but didn't honor her with a straight answer and then criticized her. It's ended he says, but can you give me a lift home tonight and just stay through the blizzard. Not on......no respect. But it does not mean she killed him. She was giving way too much .....
John & Karen were both drunk. Karen is the jealous type and she knows that included in John's friends is a former girlfriend, and now he wants to go to this 'party' and Karen doesn't want to go. They pull up, arguing, pull forward a little to get out of line of sight from the the drunks in the house, who want John there (but not Karen), Karen tells John to just get out of the car, go to his party, she's not going in, and then with a dramatic spinning of tires and flurry of snow, she takes off. She probably backed up BEFORE John got out of the car, dropping him off at the curb in front of the house, and then she takes off -- all of this would match with timestamps, collected vehicle data, etc. Then John goes in the house, gets into a drunken brawl, likely because of things being said about Karen or his old girlfriend. They beat him up bad, the family dog got involved in the festivities, then as John was likely knocked unconscious, they tossed him outside like trash for curbside pickup. What ensues from that point is simply boys in blue covering for their own. Sad that they accidentally killed one of their own, there was no master plan here, it was most convenient to pin it on Karen, she would get off with a light sentence, their careers would be safe, and they get to keep the family dog, hoorah. --- I hope that all this is brought up by the Defense in due time and I doubly hope that Karen will take the witness stand.
As a nurse practitioner, I wouldn’t take paxlovid unless I was going-to-the-ED sick. The side effects can be pretty bad. Most pt’s complain about diarrhea and a strong metallic taste in mouth.

Somebody please explain to me how a man the size of John O'Keefe, could have been "sideswiped" by a vehicle going 24 miles an hour, and died!! Having worked for many years in an emergency room, most of my adult life, as an EMT and as a nurse, and after viewing and working many MVA accidents, and deaths, I have NEVER heard of such a thing.

Kinda not really. All 4 tires have speed sensors. The ECU would detect wheel spin and use the sensor data from the slowest tires to determine speed and difference in wheel speed.

First, keep in mind Celebrite report clearly indicates a search was made at 2:27 and deleted. So the defense witness is simply supporting/verifying this evidence. There is an old brainteaser. “If a chicken and a half laid an egg and a half, how much would a pound of butter weigh?” Many people answer, “a pound and a half.” However, the answer is “1 pound.” A pound of butter will always weigh a pound- nothing can change that fact. The prosecution witnesses say lots of words that are confusing to a jury, but if my understanding is correct, none of it matters. A Write Ahead Log (.WAL) file is a temporary file that is never updated once it has been flushed to the database. Think of it like a time capsule that has been sealed. If Jen put her search in a time capsule and locked it under ground for eternity, then anything that happens after the fact is irrelevant. I will give the prosecution possibly one (unhelpful) point. These (WAL) files are “flushed” out at regular intervals. Perhaps every 5 minutes (estimate). But all that means is the search may have been done between 2:22 and 2:27 - either way it’s before the timestamp on the WAL file. If you want more detail, let me know. There is more to this. As far as the deletes. Notice how the prosecution witnesses don’t agree, and both seem confused about the deletes. This is a horse of a different color. I can explain my theory on that as well if you want me to. Keep in mind, the gold standard Celebrite report supports the defense not the prosecution.

This guy got made to look like the absolute lowest paid employee in his field. Does he work for a prison ? This is embarrassing. I don’t know any of this , but it’s supposed to be his JOB & he got obliterated by an attorney knowing more in his field than he does.
I had my headphones in, and I heard the cop that kept sighing, say (half under his breath),"kill me".It's clear as day and it caught me off guard, but I had my hands full and couldn't check the time stamp. I'd love to see someone find that moment and confront the prosecution with, "why do you think that he would say 'kill me', while on the stand?"

If Karen read was meant to be backing up and hit him with her car how would he be ejected forward he be going backward in the same direction as the car. 16:16 what is this guy saying the road wasn't wet it didn't have snow on it and the view from inside of Karen reads car wasn't partly obstructed by fogged up windows. On the 25 day of trial he was asked how they done the speed and braking test he was then asked what the road condition were like when the test was carried out he stated the test was carried out on an asphalt surface and it was wet in there brake test there was no pulsating of the brake pedal well if this car had ABS & I'm sure it would have otherwise he wouldn't have used the word pulsating. if anyone knows how ABS braking works you need a wheel or wheels to come into contact with a different surface causing that wheel to start locking up as the ABS speed sensor detects this it release fluid pressure to stop the wheel from locking so you don't lose control of your car and its steering so how can his findings have any relevance to the case because if the road was covered with snow on the 22nd and we all seen the pick the ABS would have mostly have worked making their data useless. This guy stated in their test it was conducted on a wet asphalt road no issues found but on the 25 day of trial when asked what those conditions were like on the 22n he realized he stuck his foot in his mouth saying there was snow on the road then quickly saying it was an asphalt surface & it was wet this making his data useless as the testing wasn't carried out under the same conditions.
I called that key cycle thing out when I heard him testify to it on Natalie lawyer chicks stream replay. The witness figured out where he was going with it and that’s why he obfuscated so hard about the key cycles and ignition cycle. His whole report is based on the fact that the key cycle event matched up with the time Karen was driving at the house when John was dropped off. If the data says that that’s not the key cycle his whole theory of the “accident” is wrong. Between that and the fact that he didn’t even have solid evidence of where the body was initially this guys whole testimony amounted to a big maybe this is what happened maybe not we have no proof either way.

The passenger side (road facing side) struck his arm, meaning he must have been in the road, or else she jumped the curb and yet didn't initiate a trigger. Then she hit him, which should have spun him into the road. Yet he ended up 30 feet away from the front driver side corner of the SUV....
