recombinators form the footage looked like a pretty expensive dust and gold cost. you could be easily limited by that alone, which makes bases even more valueable

only thing you can do to increase blocks is to use the new ring that gives the penance mark. But those are spells, so you need the spell block.

5:46:23 writhing jar allows you to manually trigger blocks

penance mark or you just run the keystone that doesnt require blocking for crushing fist just take 6 hits. Either way Retaliation skills cant be exerted so they have to be built entirely differently than a slam build.

Ghazzy, a question for my own knowledge. In the community, what is considered low budget vs medium budget? Would a full build under 10 divines be considered medium budget? Under 5 divines?

That changes drastically from player to player. Don't think the community will ever agree. I would consider low budget around 20div.

Because of skill levels the amount of currency that you can easily obtain changes right, so low budget isnt well defined and all budgets change from league to league. Id say low budget is sub 20 div, mid is 100-200 div end game versions are 200+ into mirrors at the top end
