Usually. It's extreme weight loss, pale skin, rotten or missing teeth and excessive aging. All signs of drug use. This Officer knew there was going to be paraphernalia and or a controlled substance in the vehicle the minute he saw the driver and passengers.

Very sad. It was a car full of lost souls. I know because I was once one of them. Meth is Satans favorite drug. It will take the best of a person and almost overnight turn them into empty shells with a poisoned decimated soul.

I never get why the cops mess with the users so much. You mess their lives up, put felonies on their record and make it harder for them to clean up and become productive members of society. When they're just victims. Arrest the dealers selling the junk! Their the real criminals! Grant it drugs are terrible either way but focus on the actual problem
