The bag doesn't make a difference on whether it was "intent to distribute". There's people who buy a gram for personal use. At one point they asked him if he was buying cocaine back there and he said yes. So I still don't see how it could be "intent to distribute".

You know, the cops don't make the laws. They might even think it's as stupid as you do, but they have to enforce it. The law is the law. Being nice generally just makes everything easier for everyone. No one needs to get tackled, no one needs to fight, you don't need resisting charges and battery charges and whatnot.

That’s such a cute dog!! I had a dog come in to my hospital who was literally named Shithead, couldn’t stop laughing! Also, am I the only one who gets super sad when I see these videos because you know hauling them off to jail won’t stop their addiction and they usually end up staying in the cycle or dead.

The man may have an addiction but he was pretty straight with the cops. Good people can get addicted to drugs and/or alchohol and do things they would never ever do if not for addiction. One bad decision can ruin a life! That little pooch stuck right by his Dad and definitely loves him and seems to be well treated. That says something about the man. The officer was so kind to the dog. That says something about him as well.

CoolMan Caravan typically over a gram of meth/heroin/cocaine is labeled intent to sell because of the weight. Users typically bring their own scales to a buy to make sure it’s one gram or less to avoid that PWID charge
