What PPFD do you usually use for your multiplication? I feel like my LEDs are too weak (~60µmol/m²/s). Also (i don't know if i missed it) what amounts of PGR do you use for multiplication? My Philodendron caramel marble (just the size as those in the video) are on 1mg/l BAP and 0.1mg/l IBA.

For the lighting, I use a basic 4 ft 6500K 2500 L LED. Tissue culture plants do not need strong light. For the multiplication media, I'm not using IBA anymore. Only BAP.
