The fact she said she did CPR and then had such a shocked reaction when being asked to do it and hearing gurgles. It makes me think she never attempted CPR prior to being told to do it.

As an addiction counselor, the one thing that stood out for me in this case is Sarah's unwillingness to admit she has a problem with alcohol. At first, I thought it may be related to custody issues but now I see it as deep denial of her pattern with using substances. The simplest way to reconcile this case is to attribute her behavior to being drunk or in a blackout. She cannot bring herself to do this to her own detriment. I wonder if we'll learn this was the point of contention between her and her parade of attorneys.

About the CPR: I watched CPR done on my dad when he went into cardiac arrest, just before they did a de-fib. It’s nothing like they show in movies and stuff, it is TRAUMATIC. It’s violent. I'm a nurse practitioner and actually just renewed my CPR certification last week... whether CPR is done right OR wrong, ribs can break. Generally, being alive is preferable to broken ribs. And usually, when it's done wrong, it's because people aren't pushing down enough, because they haven't locked their elbows, which is less likely to break ribs. I remember one of the first times I did real CPR in the ER while an intern, we worked on a guy for a whole hour and when it was my turn to perform compressions (pretty early on) we all heard the crack of a rib breaking. It's kind of creepy lol, even more creepy feeling it!!!. Unfortunately, the guy arrived DOA and was never revived.

After the verdict was handed to the judge and jury poled, the defendant jumped out of his chair and lunged at our jury. If you were able to become our eyes during some of that suitcase trial, it would be awesome..I vote yes! I have loved your channel from your early days of the Ronnie O'Neal trial. Remember that crazy one? 🤪 Thank you for always giving your honest, fair, and intelligent opinion.. I am truly excited with all your efforts and your personal teaching style, you make it easier for the lay person to understand and/or any (future Jurors)..Justice always matters, and understanding the rules of the court system and how it works definitely helps figuring out the rest of confusion... You do a great job!! Congrats for all your efforts!! Blessings and prayers to you and your entire family, from a lil old Nana of 3 in NC🥰

"I put him in the suitcase, we were playing," & "we were playing hide n seek." I must have been playing hide n seek wrong all those years. Would have been much wasier if we put the person where we wanted them to be and then seeked to find them. 911 call is not good for her in that respects but I would like to know more about the injuries from ME. If he was unconscious and she put him in the suitcase after the fact and when he came 2, that is what we are hearing him pleading. Idk. Will have to wait for other reports of injuries.

Just another prespective Not a nurse or a medical professional, my experience from doing CPR come from being First Aid certified as a police officer. Most people do CPR with dispatcher guidance tend to use hand free if she is calling from a mobile phone (which is most likely) or would have to put down the phone if you are on land line because you need both hands for it. And if you use hand free, you are using omni directional mic, which will pick up background noise like crazy. And if you put down the phone or hand it to someone else, you wouldn't be talking on the phone. I neither hear noise (the phone conversation is crystal clear) and I didn't hear break or info relay from someone else, I don't think she is doing CPR.

I thought it was interesting to hear you talk about whether or not you would take a case or choose to work with a potential client. I would love to watch an entire video about what that is like and some examples. How does that go? Are there interviews? When do you decide and how do you know? Do you have cases you regret taking (no judgement, my attorney friends definitely have their less than favorite clients and cases)

You know what peaked my interest...her voice volume never changed from talking to dispatcher to talking to guy giving advice on cpr. So either she was on speaker the whole time (but didnt seem far away) or she somehow was doing CPR either phone pinned to here ear and the phone wasnt moving enough to cause any sort of scuffling noise. I wonder if she was actually doing CPR or only started right before the emts walked in to make it seem like she was doing it the entire time. She seemed so annoyed having to count, like ugh 18 19 20.

I think they fought. She either pushed him or he fell down the stairs and was unconscious at the bottom. I think she then panicked and put him in the suitcase. At some stage he came to, she decided to keep him in the suitcase as a form of punishment. Then went to bed.

Weirdest funeral I ever went to was for a lifelong alcoholic. The family was sad but also there was a sense of relief that the abuse was over. I don’t know if she did it on purpose but I could see how a part of her was relieved that he was gone. This would be a hard one to be on the jury. Definitely a toxic relationship that will be hard to untangle.

i'm loving this case, wow i wathced the first one you did today, i didn't realise she's been i prison for 3 years already, .i remember feeling very claustrophobic for her in her interrogation in that small room where she didn't quite realise her freedom was gone. then there's the video clip from your first video that shows Jorge in the suitcase asking for help. wow that's real claustrophobia. i can't believe i'm even able to watch this, i hate enclosed spaces. but i'm enjoying it. i feel sorry for her, she got the wrong boyfriend for her personality. she did a bloody stupid and morbid act but she won't do it again. my mind weighs up these things when it comes to sentencing. what's the point her being in jail? it would be great if she could get out but be punished forever by being micro managed every hour and limited to access to entertainment, contact and treats while still having the basic semblance of a normal life. then she maybe would have a more realistic idea of remorse.

I have a fascination with Sarah because she is just a roller coaster of a human. Your many videos on her made me subscribe and hit the bell. I wanna see a discussion of every letter! I do not fear people I cannot understand, but hold a morbid curiosity about them... from a very safe distance. As my sister, who survived my abusive biological family as much as I did, which is why we "adopted" one another as sisters, said, "Not understanding people like that is a good thing. It says you are sane and upstanding."

Some "hide n' seek" game that was! Boone knew where he was hiding--she put him in the suitcase, and with a faulty zipper to boot. She was annoyed with the man on the phone because she knew that her boyfriend was already dead! She told the operator that. All the pumping of his heart from that point on was futile! She knew it! If you watched the interrogation, she was rather abrupt and cocky with the interrogators. I think at first, she felt they were her buddies and that she was going home. She was the one who put Jorge in the suitcase and left him and went to bed intoxicated. Plus, she videotaped him in the suitcase. She's one shrewed operator, that one! Good Lord!

I think her defense’s biggest obstacle is going to be mitigating her personality. I realize it isn’t fair but something about her is just so off putting to me. I can’t help but think it will affect her likability to the jury.
