When the neighbors said they heard that suitcase come down the stairs…. They said their rooms are next to wall w stairs. One heard the fighting and commotion above his head. Then heard this noise of something starting above him, then pass by him going down. The other neighbor, whose room is next to the bottom of the stairs, heard it coming from above & landing against his wall, shaking it. To me it sounds like she got him into that suitcase, by joking & laughing w him, then threw it down the stairs. They said around 10:30 to 11pm. Her videos confirm that TL. She’s in trouble

Knowing you're going to be around for the trial is going to make it exciting to follow with. However, before knowing this I've been hesitant to stay up with it, because it makes me sick to my stomach. I can't fathom anyone doing this to another person.

Sadly there are an infinite number of ways a murderer can carry out their crimes. There are often deep personality disorder issues. Obviously they don't justify a thing, but they help us to understand the incomprehensible.

Kind of excited to know that you're covering this. I watched the interrogation and it struck a nerve with me, because I am an alcoholic in recovery. I find this terrifying. I'm pretty sure I could not live with myself, in her shoes.

I forgot all about this case!! I’m definitely going to head over to your playlist for a refresher. When I first heard about it, I remember thinking that it was one of the most bizarre cases that I’ve heard of. The “playing hide & seek”excuse was definitely a new one. I mean, I haven’t played hide & seek since I was like 10, but I’m pretty sure that the whole purpose is defeated if the “seeker” helps the “hider” into the hiding place….or I must have been playing the game wrong throughout my childhood. But regardless, I’m so curious as to how she was able to get him into the suitcase without a struggle. Because I don’t care what’s going on, there’s absolutely no way that I’m willing or consciously getting into a suitcase & letting it be zipped up. Even if it was just messing around with someone that I completely trusted. Nope! Definitely not!

My guess is he was hiding in the suitcase and she found him and then jokingly started to zip him in and then left him. What a horrible way to die.

@@Remmysage Nope- if it started as a “joke” it certainly didn’t end as a joke! I heard it was possible she slid the suitcase down the stairs… I think there is a recording of him asking to be set free…

How about the boyfriend hid in a suitcase (standard hide and seek rules) Sarah Boone found him and decided it was a perfect time to punish him by locking him in the suitcase? Her verison is all she could think of to show "it was NOT intentional".

From what I've seen including the interrogation videos and all of the police body cam footage I extremely dislike this woman and believe that I could never be on a jury for this case however I'm going to try to look at it from an unbiased juror's view and follow along. You made a comment about how the process is stacked against the defense...one of the reasons you do not do criminal defense anymore. Would you please do a short video on what those elements are that makes a defense so difficult..the ways the prosecutors cause such problems. Peter, there definitely isn’t a shortage of cases and trials to cover. I will be curious to see how the Sarah Boone case is handled at trial. Also, there was finally an arrest made for Dylan Rounds murder but sadly they still haven’t found his remains.

@@TellTheTruth0704hat's not how it works though. She has a right to file a motion for an appeal, if and when she's convicted, but she doesn't have an automatic right to actually get said appeal. That's determined based on the facts of the case and as OP (RachelAllan) pointed out they don't look great in this instance.

Instead of writing to the court she should write to the head of the public defender's office and others to whom the attorney is supposedly accountable. She could also consider admitting guilt, since it's beyond freaking obvious to everyone.

Psychology is said to be important in this trial And all the interogation is so strange that she though all the time that she could get home, and her surprice when the cops arrested her. If you ask Jorge's family, I think there ok if her rights are violated...They have to live with the fact that their family member died in a very horrifying and torturous manner... It's not a matter of who killed their family member they know and want justice... They both sound like they had problems... But nobody deserves to die that way... remember what she did... 💕🙏

Maybe they are. And I personally say good! But that is not how the law works. And we are not to "remember what she did," because she is presumed innocent until proven guilty. This sort of thing is the sort of thing that will let her walk, or at the very least get an appeal for ineffective counsel. Which will just drag it out for Jorge's family.

If I were SB, with the education and intelligence I have, I wouldn't have mentioned the suitcase or hide 'n' seek. I'd've dumped him out of the suitcase, and put iit back in the upstairs closet, where it was before. 9-1-1 would be told I passed out after a day of drinking, finding him on the floor when I came to and went downstairs. I've no idea what happened. All the witnesses to our lives would back-up the fact that he and I were drunks. The cops would buy it 💯. No one would EVER guess the truth, let alone prove it.

Which police station was she first taken to? I saw a video of her where the police were more fiddling with the computer, one guy in & out of room multiple times, all of them ignoring her and her giving them advice …. I wondered if it was Winter Park, or Orange Cty ??? I live in Orange County and it caught my attention. Thank you

Just today (at work) I’ve watched the body cam footage of the officer arriving to the scene and I also watched the voluntary 2hr interrogation where she thought they tricked her into coming down to the station to “talk” She never even asked for a Lawyer! 🤦🏾‍♀️ Can’t wait for this trial!
