I cannot I hear the recording of her saying as Torres cries out her name for help and she responds, “that’s my name. Don’t wear it out.” Chillingly indifferent to the suffering of him.
Not indifferent. She took great pleasure in that moment. Fully sadistic. Hence why she recorded it- to bring him more shame and give herself a cute little trinket to partake in whenever she wanted a good chuckle. 🙄👿
Anger and alcohol are dangerous combinations. Just watched two back-to-back court cases that involved defendants being drunk, getting insulted by someone, grabbing their gun, and casually threatening to murder them. Some people get silly when they get drunk, others get angry and vengeful
That's such a good point. I think of that absolute queen Judge Dorow and how she handled DB. They're both very professional judges. They are both working with pro-say to give them the best probability of success.
With serious felony charges, a highly publicized case and going pro se, most judges are very lenient on defendants because having a successful appeal could be career-ending. Edit. Lenient is not the best term. Perhaps, helpful is better
I understand the unfairness, but she had so many opportunities to work with an attorney and should be smart enough to know that a) she should have tried not to be difficult, b) ANY attorney is better than herself and c) should have known that eventually they would tell her enough is enough. I think she is a controlling person and she allows it to cloud her common sense.
The "unfairness" is a result of her own actions, so I'm not sympathetic to her in that regard. She's a pretty darn good example of what I think might be some kind of narcissist and/or psychopath.
They have been MORE than fair with her. I would have told her to defend herself, 5 lawyers ago. She knew she was pushing it when she complained that she just wanted Ms Cashman to be kind and nicer to her. That is NOT a reason to lodge a complaint about her lawyer. She took total advantage of the system and she landed where she is because of her own obnoxious behavior. Where did she ever get the idea that anyone in the world owned her anything?
Thank you for covering this case! Sarah Boone has lost so much credibility with me. It's objectively not true that she "never missed a court date." She complained about how Attorney Bankowitz didn't let her come to court on multiple occasions. With how she reframes history, I wouldn't be surprised to find out she actually declined to attend. I think it's a little silly to be frustrated with the state for objecting to the form of her questions. They didn't nitpick small issues. They only objecting when she started rambling and arguing with a witness. If there's anything about Boone that's clear, it's that if you give her an inch, she takes a mile. If she doesn't know that those kind of questions are improper now, she'll only get worse for trial.
Those were proper objections because she was testifying, not asking questions. You have to object to preserve the record. Just because she’s pro se doesn’t mean you let her get away with stuff. I have definitely made that same objection when dealing with pro se litigants. If they have no questions to ask, they can just testify.
I can't stand Sarah Boone whatsoever, but I'm really finding it hard to believe that she voluntarily missed court when she complained about not being included in some court dates already. I don't believe she would be so adamant about the corporal's claims if she had really just declined to go.
@@aguynamedkevin8469 I would generally say that but after seeing her wiggle and lie about other things, it's not like I find it completely unsurprising that she would complain about something that's actually her fault. That's been the theme of her entire case. That's why she's lost so much credibility to me. I don't find much of anything she says fully honest. She likes half-truths. I'm not saying I know what happened, but I wouldn't find it difficult to believe either way. She complained about having to get up at 3:00AM for court during the last hearing as well (which is actually understandable, because that sucks). I can also see people getting irritated enough with her complaints to just give up too.
I don't believe the accusations that she refused to be present in court, esp since she's been argumentative about not being informed about court dates... I don't know about her record in the past, but I don't believe that she currently refused to go for any of these hearings. If that's the case, that's rather serious because it means that these people in law enforcement at the prison are participating in some type of conspiracy to lie against her. It wouldn't be the first time people got together to lie, and maybe they dislike her enough to do it
@@aguynamedkevin8469 These 3 x she didn't go to court were not recent. She did complain early on about going to court and it took all day being in a cell waiting at court, then nothing happens in court she goes back to jail. Taking all day wasted all her time. That was early on with Bankawitz.
She tried to be slick by pointing out her domestic violence charge was 6 years ago, well sarah, less than after they dropped your charge you murdered your victim and youve been in jail for 5 years. So you haven't been able to hurt anyone since you've been in jail, and that's the way it should be. She's so insufferable.
HAHA YES I literally just commented the same thing. In 2018 you strangled your victim, then 2 years later, she unalives him, and she's been locked up since so that's why she hasn't been able to hurt or make anyone else disappear, SO IT'S WORKING!
I dont think its unfair that she is forced to represent herself, her beliefs that she can go thru lawyer after lawyer with no consequences is stupidity on her part
Look at that: all she had to do to get hard copies was file a motion. If she hadn't kept driving lawyers to quit, I would say that it's unfair, but she made her bed. Part of me hopes that they have to use the stun cuff at some point.
She’s not Darryl Brooks. He’s your typical grandiose overt narcissist. Sarah is a self-righteous covert narc. They’re VERY annoying and make you want to poke your eyes out but they’re pretty harmless behind that, sans if you’re the target of their wrath (Jorge). That’s why Sarah is on her best behavior in these hearings, albeit she will ALWAYS be annoying because again, she’s self-righteous and thinks her poo smells like lilacs.
Lol. I'm back and forth about placing a bet on that. 😂❤ I suspect she's got enough self-control to avoid that, but I bet she's going to push those limits. 😮
Peter, you are such a good moral person and clearly one heck of a lawyer but she was a nightmare to your fellow colleagues and I don’t think she is being treated unfairly. She is a liar and is lying to the judge daily.
He’s aware, that’s what makes him a good lawyer - his concern is that she get a fair trial which is what everyone deserves regardless of the crime. Even with her lying and manipulation she’s in a vulnerable position where it would be relatively easy for the system to treat her unfairly.
I think 'fair' is not meant morally but in regards to the technicalities that define what's a 'fair trial' in a legal sense - without feelings and sympathy
It becomes fair when you take into consideration the amount of free help that she has been offered and abused. Her treatment of public defenders has left her right where she needs to be according to her running the show ! Careful what you wish for sara. And let's stop forgetting Jorge!
I 100% agree with you. So tired of hearing about this not being fair to Sara... give me a break! Was she fair to the many public defenders she accused of a multitude of accusations for simply trying to help her? Is it fair to the taxpayers who are the ones that are shouldering this burden because a drunk woman cared so little about human life she zipped a man into a suitcase? And most importantly, was it fair to Jorge? I understand Peter's a defense lawyer and it's his nature but geez...fair? She's been treated more than fairly.
No one is forgetting the victim. The trial hasn’t started yet. When it does, he will be forefront. Until then, he won’t be discussed unless it pertains to the hearing and none of these hearings have anything to do with him.
@88keys65 Me too... the bizarre thing is that Peter is a personal injury lawyer! He's completely ignoring those angry faces Sarah makes! If Sarah goes off and those officers have to physically restrain her, all it takes is one good kick to a kneecap... one lunge that dislocates his shoulder... SMH. He really should know better.
Really enjoy watching this channel, but I do disagree with Peter’s opinion that Sarah Boone should not have any kind of restraints on her. There have been too many times where unrestrained people have attacked the judge, their lawyer, or someone in the courtroom. Just my opinion, but if the person is charged with any kind of violent crime, there should be some kind of restraint involved.
You are right but there have also been cuffed and restrained people who still attack.. That's really my only argument but for the sake of innocent untill proven guilty she has to be atleast un-cuffed(even though she did that shi)
@@awhaley35 agree. I can understand being un-cuffed, especially for her to take notes. But I do think she should have ankle restraints that cannot be seen by the jury.
@awhaley35 Yeah, they would have done that anyway. It's standard procedure. I don't know what the case law is on it, but the courts don't want to prejudice the jury against the defendant, so you let them have street clothes and remove their handcuffs. The judge probably would have done something about this earlier, but he was too busy reading 85 page letters of Sarah Boone's complaints and having to write 16-page decisions on what to do with her.
@@DianaEsposito-hm4tx You should listen to Senators John Kennedy, Cruz, and Hawley interview Biden judicial nominees! They’re unbelievably incompetent and disingenuous but still get appointed. There’s a RU-vid series called “Super Cuts.” Extremely informative.
I think that she went through the motions of deleting it, vice her claim to not remember recording it. If that's the case I expect the forensics of it to make an appearance at trial.
That's the big mystery. As I mentioned in my last comment: she has a certain menacing intelligence capable of planning ahead to get the judge to revoke her right to counsel so she would have an appellate issue. IMHO.
I think one of the hardest things about watching Sarah represent herself- she didn’t know how to ask this witness questions without testifying! She continually wanted to interject her opinion, and views… she needs to know that all she can do is question and object until it’s her turn to testify. That’s gonna be a train wreck at trial. I do wish the judge would have said to her, this is your time to question only. And you will have time later to testify
True narcissist personality. She expects everyone to do what she wants on her time. She is extremely lucky to have this judge and his fairness. She doesn’t want the public🤣. She honestly thinks she is the only case in Orange County Florida🤣. It is a test to her true personality and her issues if the state has to purchase her court clothes… not one person on the outside wants anything to do with her or help… oh well she should have thought about that before playing her sick game
@@Jacksonsperfectpirouette I would have thought her “fans” from around the world would have chipped in and bought her a new wardrobe with plenty of skirts.
I just want this case to come to an end soon for the victims families sake. Dragging out a process of justice, is just another form of injustice which will unfortunately need to be followed so in the case of an innocent individual, they will get a fair trial. I respect the process' spirit, but its absolutely gut wrenching to watch unfold for a cut and dry case such as this.
Did you catch her arguing with the officer about her 3 “no-show” court dates? “Who do I talk to about getting those changed?” Try NOBODY, Sarah. They are what they are. You were NOT present at those dates, and that is documented fact. She certainly hates being proven WRONG.
She’s gonna sink herself more when the prosecutor puts witnesses on the stand and they say something Sarah doesn’t agree with instead of asking questions she’s gonna be stating her own opinions and arguing it lol
She believes that "She's not dangerous anymore," but she has been encarcerated for what, almost 5 years. So, DV in 2018 and charged with murder in 2020.
I've never agreed with holding charges against people who were never convicted of them. Anyone can go downtown and press charges on someone. The charge itself means nothing without a conviction, well it shouldn't anyway.
@@justthatgirl-ct4jo Are you a Soros prosecutor? Victims might disagree with you. People are not charged without reasonable cause. They also have the opportunity to make bail if the charges justify the risk to society. ✌🏽🗽🇺🇸
You know what’s unfair? Leaving someone zipped up in a suitcase when they are begging to be let out because they can’t breathe. Are we forgetting the real victim here?
You know who wanted freedom of movement? Jorge!! Not unfair! It’s a result of her own actions. Funny, she seems to have stopped smirking at the cameras.
Her telling the judge that him not asking her questions is the reason she's "in this predicament" is really crazy. She continues to insult the person who's going to sentence her and oversee her trial and it's all because she has to be the victim at all times.
I had a ex make a false allegation to me after I broke up with him, as a f u, it was proven to false but I work in the medical field which means I have to explain the situation every time. Luckily he sent me an apology explaining why he did it, thinking I’d forgive him, but it’s been 12yrs and It still affects me. The judge at the time tried saying what I was charged with won’t matter it’s only the outcome, when we tried to get it sealed. Obviously the judge had no idea how the real world works.
going back & watching the footage of her the day of arrest & interrogation makes me understand she’s just this unreasonable & out of touch with reality to the core. good on the court for having so much patience.
She just wants to hear herself talk…she reminds me of a little kid at bedtime who won’t stop going on and on because they’re trying to kill time so they don’t have to sleep 😂
_Disadvantageous_ to Sarah Boone? Yes. _Unfair_ to Sarah Boone? No. Could the 'penalty warning' alarm have been sounded more distinctly, and more loudly? Yes.
Idk... I'm wondering if the judge telling her that would be offering her legal advice which they are not allowed to do. It seems to me that that's something her lawyer would have talked to her about. I wonder if this is one of the things Sarah thought they were lying to her about. 😮
@@supergirl2204 How did you conclude that "many of her complaints about her public defenders was legitimate?" Besides Sarah Boone's hyperbolic letters to the judges, her complaints were never publicly investigated, or even discussed.
She's not being railroaded by the state even though they're not trying to railroad her. She's railroading herself. QUIT IT! She was warned about treating her lawyers the way she did. She was warned she'd have to represent herself. THIS IS HER OWN FAULT.
She was in court August 5th when she served the court with the freedom of movement motion. At that time the State said it had to be served on the Sherrifs and someone from their office needed to be present in order to deal with the motion. A separate court date was created to address the motion. I get that she doesn’t know what she’s doing, but she has been given notice of the hearing and the witness.
100%. I'm glad somebody is keeping track of all these dates and issues. I missed that one. 😮 also, the court seems to be doing a very good job crossing their t's and dotting their i's on this one. 😂❤
Thank you Peter for continuing to discuss this case with all of us! 💗 The fact that she still doesn’t realize that her own actions are the reason that she now has to represent herself pro se is wild to me! But kudos to the judge for having the patience of a saint while presiding over these hearings with Sarah Boone.
Lol, right? It's a catch-22. The only person who could really explain this to her would have been her lawyer, who probably couldn't get a word in edgewise while Sarah was hurling accusations at them! 😮
Her trying to prove that 2018 case was so long ago is ridiculous she's been in jail for 5 years so technically it would be like that was only a year ago because she murdered someone after the strangulation😂😂😂
Everything you do to yourself is fair. She has done this to herself. You know what’s not fair? What she’s done to other people. Sow the wind, and so shall you reap the whirlwind.
Fairness helps ensure no mistrial. Nobody wants a mistrial, except Boone if she believes she can't win anyway. Far too many public resources have already been spent in an effort to achieve justice in this sorted case. Best to bend over backwards to make the triall "fair" for all parties to eliminate or reduce the chances of a mistrial or successful appeal later.
It's disingenuous of Sarah Boone to assert that she never wanted to be pro se. If she really didn't want to represent herself, she had an ample number (even if not all 8) of lawyers to choose from, all of whom were well qualified. I believe it was her diabolical intent to force the judge into revoking her right to counsel so she would have an appellate issue. I hate to admit it but she has a certain menacing intelligence (not stupid) She may not be the smartest person in the room, but she has done an impressive job delaying her trial for years now. She is wasting the court's time and taxpayer money. She knew ahead of time that she would lose if she tried to represent herself. She could have taken a plea at any time. Especially since the video she made is so damning (if not incriminating)it's not as though there isn't enough evidence to convict her.
I disagree. I went back to the beginning and watched all of LYK vids on SB. Her first lawyer wasted 2 years and didn’t do barely anything. Seems like she had a worse attitude after that which made her complain too much to the following attorneys. Then #6 barely contacted her for the 16 or so months he was supposedly representing her. Remember his phone numbers that never answered? The investigator even confirmed that he couldn’t reach this lawyer. This gave Sarah plenty of reason to push even harder with the others because almost nothing had gotten done in her nearly 4 years in jail. Yes, it seems like she wants a certain defense and maybe that is the disagreement with the attorneys. But I don’t think she wants to assure an appellate issue - she believes that the unintentional (in her view) nature of Jorge’s death will exonerate her and she will be released. She wants to get out and see her son that is now almost 5 years older.
@FlaNative3 Yeah, but says who? Sarah Boone? She is a pathological liar, and her lawyers can't say anything to defend themselves because it's confidential information. Yes, I've seen LYK's 'sob sister' video's standing up for poor Sarah Boone with righteous indignation... I just don't buy it. 😮
She wanted a laptop with internet access, so she could look herself up online. When she found out the laptop did not have internet access she then requested hard copies of her files. She thought she was being smart but they out smarted her 😂
SHES GONNA STALL TIME MY OPINION THUS WOMAN IS EVIL IF JURY GONNA FIND HER NOT GUILTY GUARANTE SHE WILL DO IT AGAIN TO THE NEXT POOR GUY SHE NEED TO BE STOP THIS TIME
@@guadalupelazar2384 It's no longer in her control. She won't be able to play musical lawyers any longer. The judge has firmly set deadlines and boundaries, and she needs to sink or swim. She is a nasty, evil person and she will get what's coming to her.
Unfair is her not being able to listen to any attorney… I think she just wants it done her way regardless of the evidence. I am fairly confident that she can’t accept her actions resulted in someone’s death. De Nile is not just a river in Africa.
I might care more if there was any question of guilt. But all I see is potential mitigating evidence for sentencing. She’s already dragged this out for years. There has to be a limit. I don’t believe her rights are being violated.
I understand wanting hard copies. I am 65 and a lawyer and I HATE reading transcripts from a computer or copies of cases and motions. I wind up printing out hard copies of everything. I can flip through pages easier and mark up documents.
I think most ppl understand it. But do I feel bad for her? Nope. I’m guessing YOU don’t act a fool in court to the point where you’re in this horrible position. Also, you’re not in jail for tort*ring and ending someone 🙃 (plz understand this is snark towards her and not you!)
@@kateashby3066but she also asked specifically for a laptop. So the judge accommodated her and the jail created a procedure. Now she wants hard copies- so they are accommodating her for that. I think they are trying to go above and beyond for her to just get this to trial.
Yes! I completely agree! I am 36 and I have always been someone who needs hard copies to read, especially when proof reading - I also prefer to take notes by hands, and read physical books, not on a kindle; there is something about the tangible part of it, that helps to absorb the information
Boone wasn’t concerned about Jorge’s limited movement (his inability to move his arms, hands, feet, legs, body; and most importantly, his inability to BREATHE ), when she zipped him up in a suitcase--with no means of escape--leaving him there the entire night, to DIE.
I’m just a minute into the video and Peter says this is an example of how people get steamrolled in the system if they don’t have an attorney, the judge and the prosecution has gone above and beyond to make sure Sarah Boone has all the necessities short of trying the case for her! The judge is doing a phenomenal job of keeping the record. I do not believe she will have a snowball chance in hell on appeal
I can't with Peter anymore. If there was any doubt that he's on Sarah's side, then this shows it. Shucks, look at the title of this video. Fighting for her rights?? Defense attorney is one thing, but defending the indefensible (as in actions that caused Sarah to be where she is now) is just inexcusable. And before any of his fan girls come to his defense - I'm leaving and I'll let the doorknob hit me. lol
One of the things that drew me to Peter’s channel is his ability to stay neutral. Let me be clear, I don’t always agree with him, and I genuinely enjoyed his thoughts and reasonings but recently there has been a few cases he’s been anything but neutral.. I don’t know where his projection is coming from, on this one but if he wants to crusade for somebody being treated unfairly, there’s a handful of other cases, other than Sarah Boone, who has continuously abused the system! I am having a really hard time with him constantly pausing the video to criticize the judge and or prosecution, but not the same energy for Sara‘s condescending disrespectful behavior. Sorry if there’s any typos typing this from my phone
Also, for Peter to say she had no notice and that’s not fair. What The reason why they’re even having this hearing is because of the motion she gave to the judge the last hearing, and he told her the date and time of this hearing
Yes. I'd be interested to know more about what his role is. He is her investigator and there is some confidence associated with that... but he's also running records for the state.
Peter, you told us yourself, a defendants 6th amendment right is a core of our judicial system, but it’s not absolute. I remember a saying, from an army general I believe, “the constitution is not a suicide pact”. Meaning yes we are going to adhere to the constitutional rights of others, but not to the point of destroying ourselves. Sara Boone brought herself here, no one else. The judge can’t let her hijack the whole process, it would never end.
Boone had a chance, in fact, she had 8 chances to secure a lawyer like a normal person. But no, she's a narcissist and she must manipulate and control everyone. So, 5 lawyers walked away from her over this conduct. Now she sits alone. It's her own darn fault.
From a retired Deputy. When inside a small courtroom her being arrested for DV in that manner is a high risk. There are so many DV cases that get dropped because the other party doesn't want to testify against the abuser. FYI Even then Yes the arrest is on your record forever.
The system discourages abuse victims by bullying them when they report abuse, its a crime how hard on abuse victims the judicial system actually is. Shameful.
100% ...not only that but the looks she is giving that judge are Darrell Brooks crazy. It starts with the blinking and the 'snorting', you can see her chest heave, then she'll clench her jaw and make these weird faces. At first I thought she was just about to lose her temper, but I'm beginning to think that she does this as a form of intimidation to who she's arguing with. 😮
Her statement that she has a "basic laptop" and requires a "Word program, just simply to be able to type motions and letters" is a bit ingenuous, as Notepad and the Windows RichText editor have both been included in every Windows release over the last 25 years.
I missed the live, but I’d bet my right arm that some people gave P grief over him “defending” SB. I understand “everyone knows she’s guilty”, but she deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of everything. Because we’re not savages. 😊
The judge & the state are going to give Sarah all the breaks in the world with these pretrial hearings. This case is a slam dunk conviction! They are going to be extra careful to help Sarah as much as they can with these motions as they don’t want any appeal issues. Don’t forget…She didnt ask to be Prose the judge ordered it so he’s just being extra careful. Sarah is going to win a bunch of these motions before trial…. She’s going to win a bunch of meaningless battles but she’s certain to lose the war. I honestly think she knows her trial is hopeless & is just looking for appeal issues .
Exactly. Sarah Boone is playing checkers in a chess game. So when she asks for copies of this that and the other thing, the judge has the clerk go run some copies off for her. She 'wins'. 😂❤
She's so wrapped up in her victim hood mindset and how badly she's being done by everyone, that she was utterly blind to the invaluable help the good judge so kindly offered her, particularly as he must refrain from offering any advice which could be used against him on appeal. And he so kindly introduced an individual who operates stun cuffs, something she didn't even know existed, that allows the client to move freely among the Jury to ensure no bias is created by seeing her shackled. And it took her to the very end of the hearing to realise that if it wasn't her who called the stun cuff specialist, and it most certainly wasn't the state, only leaves the judge, but far be it from Boone to even offer up a simple gesture of gratitude by way of a "thank you" upon the realisation that the judge went above and beyond for her, even unfairly so some would say, who aren't being afforded such lifelines by their own judge. Peter, it's also important to know that Boone was charged with strangulation, an automatic felony in Florida due to the threat assessment exponentially increasing as strangulation is the strongest pre cursor to murder as clearly demonstrated by this case who's victim died, and in the Wade Wilson case with several charges of strangulation and also went on to commit double murder. That's why she's in the top percentile for propensity to violence. If you knew her record reports from back at the prison, I think you'd understand more.
The judge is OBLIGATED to create a sense of equal footing between prosecution and defendant in the eyes of the jury. He didn’t do this out of the kindness of his heart as you are implying. If Sarah is shackled and the prosecution isn’t, that sends a subconscious message to the jury that she is guilty and it is a huge advantage to the prosecution, and therefor is grounds for a successful appeal for Sarah. Everything this judge will do will be in accordance of making sure 1) the law is followed and 2) each side is on equal footing as much as reasonably possible so there is no unfair bias. Finally, Sarah’s a narcissist. Gratitude isn’t in her vocabulary. If anything, she seeks opportunities to play victim.
@@kateashby3066 100%. One option is for the 'shock collar', another one would be for her to be Shackled at her table and the prosecution would also stay at their table. They would have a court officer actors that go between to pass papers. SB didn't win anything there, this is standard procedure. She does get to have her handcuffs removed and be sat at a table for the rest of the hearing though.
She was so indignant when she was asked to clarify her motion re handcuffs and shakles. That question frosted her cookies and she was really hostile with judge kraynick
What’s unfair is allowing Jorge to suffocate and her thinking she can stall indefinitely by treating her lawyers bad. I wonder how much tax payers money she’s already wasted by playing her games? I have zero sympathy for this pathetic woman. She refused to cooperate with her many different lawyers and has gotten what she deserves. Also, love that she claims she can’t open most files, but when asked can’t provide anything specific about it. Makes me wonder if she’s just making it a bigger problem than it is. She loves making herself look like a victim. She says she’s never missed a court date, and since she’s so prone to truthfulness, not sure how she thinks she’s going to fix that.
Bundy was in the law library, not open court with the judge and everyone else. During a recess, he went around a bookcase where the guard couldn’t see him and then escaped. With all the bailiffs and staff, we would hope it’s not possible to escape from the courtroom, I don’t know if it’s ever happened 🤔
I would think that SB would by now know that she needs to be specific her hyperboles won't work. Sarah get that pen out and take some notes on what you can't open and provide the list to the court. 😮
Not remotely unfair, and since you apparently have had some courtroom experience, why not take her up on her quest for an attorney?? I’m serious. Unfair?? I see a judge bending over backwards to be respectful to someone who gives zero respect back to anyone..ever. I do not think she meant for Jorge to die, but in her (apparently default) drunken stupor, she watched him die in agony before she went upstairs and passed out. She deserves a fair trial in spite of her efforts to prevent it.
I admire that the judge doesn't role his eyes everytime she brings up the representing self, and repeatedly restating or asking the same thing about the shackles, it was sorted, but they had to go through it all again. It's going to be a long trial.
I used to make fun of my sister for listening to audio books at 2x speed and 2x is still too much for me but after finding this channel I was shocked how easy it was getting used to 1.5x speed and unless I'm watching something like Detroit lions game film break down or in depth military documentaries 1.5 speed is so efficient and doesn't sound weird at all. It took less than a week to get used to it and for it to sound normal
I don't see how Sarah can win this case. The video of Jorge pleading for his life & Sarah berating him is strong evidence. She can't claim it as self defense, even if he was previously "abusive". It was heartbreaking watching Jorge, moving in the suitcase, begging to get out. He was fading, as he was losing his ability to breathe. I am wondering about the injuries mentioned earlier, by Forensic Physician, who performed the autopsy. There was a baseball bat nearby at the crime scene mentioned. I wonder if they seized & tested the bat as evidence. Apparently she could have struck him with it. We shall see........😤Her arrogance is astounding and mind bending! 🥺😵😵💫
Everyone deserves to be treated fair. She is behaving for the most part but she is out and out lying and trying to manipulate and I find it so disgusting.
I feel no empathy for her having to represent herself. She abused the system, endlessly. I recall when she talked about Ms. Cashman.....she directed the judge to "ask Ms Cashman to be nice to me....kind to me". Seriously? This woman has behaved like she was in charge of this case from the moment it happened. How long is the court supposed to put up with her nonsense? I don't care if she doesn't know what she is doing.....she should have thought of that before driving every person trying to help her, away. Now, she's on her own. They've bent over backwards to work with her. I honestly don't know why you seem to believe they aren't being "fair" to her. You believe the judge should have given her back up counsel. WHY? She blew through EIGHT attorneys, whining like a giant baby Huey all the way through. She is obnoxious, rude, impossible, bossy, controlling, etc.....and you think she's not getting a fair shake? I'm surprised no one has unalivec her in prison, just sick of listening to that grating naggy whiny voice.
Can you follow the NV vs Telles trial? Jury selection just started today, Monday. Lawyer/public administrator accused of stabbing to death an investigative journalist for outing him & writing articles about him, cheating on his wife. He was also pro se for a bit during hearings but now has counsel.
Someone explain “futuristically” isn’t what she thinks. So annoying Up coming Sarah. Up coming Futuristically" is an adverb that means something is strange and very modern, or seems to come from the future.
I wouldn't trust Sarah Boone uncuffed and unshackled. She's like a stray alley cat, with claws like steak knives. I wouldn't be surprised if she lunged at Brian on the witness stand, or grab a deputy's firearm, or make a run for it.
Unfortunately her RU-vid videos and letters have deterred even the most media hungry attorneys. Her calling previous attorneys buffoons, dimwits and incompetent was a terrible mistake.
Watching all the lawyer commentary channels on this case is giving me a newfound respect for lawyers. General society tends to have more of a mob mentality with these things, especially when the accused individual is defiant and unlikable - whereas a lawyer is trained to view each and every act through a lens of legality and fairness. They offer an interesting juxtaposition to what's written in most comment sections. Hope she does get the maximum possible sentence though. There's something about her combination of ego, vengefulness (which is evident in her numerous letters, the way she treats attorneys, etc), and disregard for life that's sorta terrifying
Well, we should find out in the next couple weeks if she's going to accept a plea deal. I don't think she will because she'd have to admit that she's guilty.
What wasn’t fair was the endless verbal abuse and harassment she subjected 8 lawyers to. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. She forfeited her rights to state funded counsel when she pulled that. Now she has to deal with the consequences of her actions.
