The fact that all y’all didn’t HATE this movie is the biggest surprise I’ve seen on this channel since Ken called The Idol “the greatest piece of art I’ve ever seen” 😳😳😳😳😳
I liked most of the movie…but the singing planet + the cats sucking ppl up checked me outta the movie…and the villain Dar-Benn is forgettable. Still came out not mad I watched. Just don’t know about watching it again except to see the mid-credits scene again.
With all the misogyny towards this movie and racism, you think this was the most safe? Ant-Man and the Wasp? Guardians 2. Doctor Strange, when he only taught Wanda once and never again because even the writers knew she'd mess him up
I agree with Myke because this was simply an “oh aight, I guess” movie, and I’ve felt that way for a long time in the MCU as of late. I disagree with Ken because people were super invested in the MCU by Avengers 2012. After all, the whole world stopped to see it. The shit made a billion dollars in its first 19 days, and the MCU was only around for four years at that point. This whole setup they’re trying lost its luster a long time ago.
That’s how they always been for me until winter soldier…that and the 2 endgame movies were the only ones that were like… GREAT. The rest just been fun action movies so idk we’re all the critism comes from..didn’t jayln already set this nigga straight
@@iDewThis4YuI feel you, and the overwhelming amount of content they release doesn’t help either, not me, at least. They had a stronger cast of characters to write about previously than now, which made it more simply fun, folks were invested big time.
@@iDewThis4YuCaptain America: Civil War, Black Panther, the MCU Spiderman movies weren't great? Bro you reaching. Like it's cool if you enjoying Phase 4 and 5 of Marvel but Jaylin and Ken have weak arguments to defend the MCU. They Mr. Fantastic stretching and reaching. 😂
@@RenaldyCalixte I meant civil war not winter soldier so that my bad but you did kinda just name 3 movies out of like 12 so idk how you feel like that’s a strong argument. First cap? Trash All the the thors? Mid Iron man 2 and 3? Mid Like majority of marvel movies were not revived all that well by critics bruh..only the “big ones”
@@iDewThis4Yu The Cap sequels, All 3 Spiderman, both Black Panthers, the First Guardians movie and the 3rd Guardians, Thor Ragnorak, the first Iron Man, Shang Chi all got high reviews from fans and critics. That's 13 movies right there. 10 movies during the Infinity War Saga. And I didn't mention one Avengers film in my earlier post or this one. So I have no idea why are you talking about "big movies" That's why I said you, Jaylin and Ken have a weak argument. Also I personally loved Iron Man 3, Guardians 2, Thor 1, the first Antman, Multiverse of Madness and the Eternals. So that's 18 movies total, 14 during the Infinity Saga that I personally think are good movies. If you do the math the Multiversal Saga has less movies that are considered good or that I personally find good than the Infinity War Saga. You can disagree but that doesn't change the fact your argument that well most Marvel films were never considered great therefore there's no need to harshly criticize the Multiversal Saga as weak. What's even weaker is saying you guys are harshly criticizing the Multiversal story because you are comparing it to EndGame. Especially since I didn't mention Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: EndGame when I made my argument. But y'all still bring up Endgame to justify a weaker story in Phase 4 and 5. No wonder Mike gets annoyed during this Marvel phase 4 and 5 debates on FPS.
I guarantee Marvel will not be able to make an Xmen film better than First Class, Days of Future Past, Logan or even X2. Not sure where Ken and Myke’s faith comes from
@@Newportnews98It was still a very good movie. Age of Ultron being the worst Avengers movie doesn't mean its bad. That's like saying Kobe is trash because he's not as good as Magic, Bird and Michael Jordan.
Why you care if you dont already know the characters? Every new IP movie you dont know the characters before going in why be overly negative when it comes to this?
I was actually surprised they watch this wack ass movie. The movie was super all over the place for me and it seemed to be rushed in certain parts. I was also not able to feel the connection with these characters.
