I wish the prosecutors went harder on Emma. She lied. She gave different and contradicting statements. She and her siblings gave a tv interview where she described her interaction with her father the day when he was arrested, now we saw the video, and it’s not what happened. She googled the wind direction but also knows nothing about wind directions. She claims her mom was exhausted and went to bed at 6pm and yet Tammy was going to evening fitness classes and playing on her phone at 10pm. Lies.

Tammy was the only one who managed the pet cemetery but Chad texted Tammy that he killed a raccoon and buried it. Great voir dier objection on if she read every text message by her parents.

It turns out that every single positive thing people said about Tammy is a lie, according to Emma.

It appears to me that Emma has been coached in all her testimony. Prior moved so quickly through the questions, covering things said by Prosecution witnesses to disagree with them. Such as the 5km race and Tammy not running, and the Zumba class with the lights off. Too quickly did she get straight to these points

I was a LDS teacher working in LA for over 31 + years. The other teachers watched everything I said and did and I worked so hard to teach my friends what we believe and our love of the Savior. After this case that Daybell family and that includes those horrible children have been the worst examples of my Church and faith! The Daybell children, Emma and Garth have misrepresented our beliefs, destroyed their own Mother and made their adulterous father who murdered their mother and may have helped and or killed those two precious children seem like a normal traditional member of my faith! Chad Daybell is NOT A TRADITIONAL MEMBER OF MY FAITH! Not even close! If he were traditional than the wife would be a stay at home woman and HE ,not Tammy would be the one out working supporting the family! Also, I understand he was not honest in his business dealings as well! That’s part of our faith and just on that single issue he should have not had a temple recommended! Ask Suzanne Freeman and how he stole the rights to her stories and books! No honest, member of my faith would do that. It begins with little dishonesty and I’m sure there is more! It tells me she’s conditioned thru her father to accept the reality of outside spirits can take over their bodies. More bizarre she has no self awareness of this. Watching from London, UK, I've followed the case since 2019. Watching Emma on the stand is really ticking me off. She has made several contradictory statements, which I am sure everyone here has already noticed, but I just heard her say Chad was upset when he saw Tammy die. Not that he was upset when he found her dead, eh? Big difference. Notice how quiet Prior is after she says that and then changes direction with his questioning.
