Imagine the mind control he had on these 2 girls.. Both sisters got pregnant IS did not take the Don Quai & Parsley but SS did. I thank the brother for doing what is right. I think when the girls family found out what he was doing they should have gone to him as a family as a group confronted him and demanded even threatened him if necessary to get some help put him on blast do something other than what they did . It's easy to ignore problems but that's what the manipulator did separate the family

If he is an existing felon he's in real trouble because FL gives the death penalty for this sort of thing. If he's not an existing felon he's likely to get around 40 years and serve 25 or so - if he lasts in prison that long. In FL the jury has to recommend the DP and then the judge confirms it (if he agrees with it ). That's what happened in the Sievers case.
I am absolutely heartbroken for that young girl and it deeply angers me knowing theres young girls all over this country getting preyed upon RIGHT NOW by scumbags like this and the world is telling them they're hoes and worthless. AND there's ppl all around them including family that ignores it.

I commend the brother because as difficult as it may have been for him and irrespective of his love for his brother, he did the right thing for the young girl, who was preyed on and abused, and her family. He helped get them as much justice as was possible to get. Respect!!!!

This is great news to see that he is convicted and he will never ever be able to do this to anybody else, he has a lot of life left to live and everyday should be punishment, and maybe he'll get what he deserves before his time.. Listening to this case, it literally was so disturbing and hard to listen to, the grown man transcripts made me throw up literally..
The fact that nobody ever knew who “Jose” was and no guy ever showed up to claim to be the father and she refused to tell her family who the Father of her baby was speaks volumes. I just don’t understand how he hid that from her aunt. I feel so bad for her because she trusted him around her nieces. I can’t imagine her pain or any of the rest of the families pain. Did anyone else hear the now deceased inmate who did the wire tap say if it had been his child he would have shot him in the head? He said it twice. Jury got it right,and they were swift. I bet they convicted him on the first vote!
I can’t get enough of hearing “guilty” read out loud in this case! I’ve been watching very closely to this case and was hoping for justice. I’m glad we received!

It’s very sad.. parents should be allowed to rely on family for support like IS and SS going to their aunts house. No one wants to believe that their child would be a victim of such vile acts from a family member but unfortunately it happens a lot 😢 and maybe parents need to have more open and honest discussions with their kids and young teens about these potential dangers and make children feel safe to disclose any slight indicators of grooming.. unwanted attention and predatory behavior

the death penalty takes too long like twenty years of appeals and keeping away from general population prisoners and just taking it easy.I believe the rest of your life being tormented and whatever else takes place in prison eternally that's punishment
Justice is served for Iyana and her baby. Seeing the prosecutor thoroughly play out this narcissist crime was so horrific. He really believed no one saw thru him. This case was so scandalous even cellmates showed him no mercy.

The family ignores it because most are in the streets and they have these mess up boyfriends playing dad. You have to watch who your kids are with, especially girls with gyes period.
