The judge is STILL giving the state time after being warned twice by the previous judge about late evidence. She gave them until Friday and it just shows you they work in conjunction which in turn makes the defense at a disadvantage from the start. This is exactly how “The Fani” runs her office. She was given millions of dollars to create a boys club big brother youth group to get boys like these boys off the streets.(men now boys then) The Fani instead spent that $ on her man her hair her trips. The purpose of the prosecution's questions to Woody is not to garner information. Believe it or not, one of the main reasons for these questions, and it's totally legal, is for the prosecution to TESTIFY to the jurors. There are other reasons also, impeachment being one, but in this way they get a free shot at testifying. Sucks, doesn't it?

Not only that but I'm sure she substituted police with "people" as well considering the prior and next questions have been about what he said to police and what police said to him. She really asked "Now back in 2015 did -people- POLICE believe that you were the reason tha-- that you were a bad influence." She even tripped over her words saying that bs in front of the jury. That is clear prejudice beyond any doubt.
Right to a speedy trial should free these guys, amongst many other violations. This judge is crooked. That is why she refused to give them a “Certificate of Immediate Review” after she denied the mistrial motions. The Supreme Court is going to eat her lunch!

You've got this one wrong, leading up to the question an officer indicates to the judges assistant the jury needs/wants a break. She then relays the message to the judge. The judge waits for the question to be asked & answered before going on a break. Without a doubt Ms hylton looks at the judge due to his comment, however the judge had stated it was time for a break. Evidently Ms Hylton was about to ask the judge or state something about the comment but at that point it was already to late lol
The judge is terrible. No judge would be allowing you to sort through a trial you brought to the table. They weren't going to do any work because they thought Woody would just do it for them. I hope her career is worth sitting her letting this go. I would file a civil after this trial.. clear violations of all their basic rights including woody
This is not a fair trial this case should be dismissed. The state is bogus and the judge knows it . Mr. Steel is very quiet now but mark my words it will be another episode of him going super sayian in the court room if this case keeps going the way it is.

Clearly as I’m reading some of these comments so many have not had experience with dealing with our corrupt judicial system. I see why the defense wanted a change of venue. It’s needed for this case. Too much is being allowed.

I think all the judges need refresher courses in how to be professional and respectful. Oh my, lucky I ain't a juror. When the state asks the same questions over and over and their witness cant recall anything, I'd be mad for wasting my time. Just think, this morning the state says she will be done with Woody by the end of this week. have y’all not watched any of the new trials or any of woodys recent trials ? when they went over the rules in the beginning she clearly stated none of his old testimonies could be used against him for this trial because hence a new trial and new judge . and that everything the direct attorney was saying and asking from the old interviews was NOT evidence .
