The sad part is is each individual defendant could have been charged separately and paid for some crimes that I know they most likely committed. But the way the state has gone about this is so corrupt and unfair that there’s no way this will ever stand.

The powers to be have instructed her not to call a mistrial. This is something that will require a back room meeting. It’s not going to end that easy. Too many people and too much money involved.

This judge is legit corrupt or something. She should be removed from the bench. What was the point of her commenting "that's a strike against your recollection?" As though the defense attorneys recollection is on trial and not whether false representations were made.
The motion for mistrial count is well into the double digits and the truth is it should have been granted a long time ago. This judge has no control over her court and is honestly just as bad if not worse than Glanville with her biased decisions. The taxpayer should be outraged by how this is being handled and allowed to continue. Their needs to be a public enquiry into how much money has been wasted on a case that should never have been brought, it was brought forward by Big Fanni to massage her ego and because she wanted to make herself famous which she has done but for all the wrong reasons. What a disgrace the State of Georgia, the justice system and the prosecutors are as they hold absolutely no integrity.

Under the Fifth Amendment’s Double Jeopardy clause, and Georgia state law, a mistrial with prejudice should be granted. The errors made here have caused irreparable harm, and justice cannot be served in a retrial.

The defense hasn’t learned yet . Whitaker will use anything the say against them during a ruling. Pretty sure every time she denies a mistrial she repeats something they said as if they’ve essentially denied their own motion.

This county is soooo soooo sooo embarrassing. This would never happen in LA . I have sat in many of court rooms and things happen . But, this case takes the cake in unpreparedness, unprofessionalism, slapped together , under developed ESQ’S , case is over their heads , MESSSSSSSSSS!!!! Haven't wanted to say too much negative about Whittaker but at some point it's getting to be too much. She really wants to side with the state an awful lot.
Because the state keep breaking the law and going against the courts but the judge keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and by law it's not fair to the defendants to not have a fair trial
Fani Willis and Prosecutor’s Love and Hylton should be fired! Watching trials for years I’ve never seen such corruption. The Judge has helped the Prosecutors numerous times during this case, letting the States questioning go on and on yet she tells Defense attorneys to move along within 10 minutes. The State basically is throwing things out there hoping for something to stick. The Prosecutors are a complete joke, they are so unprepared, unprofessional, the list goes on and on. They were on a witch hunt and these guys are held without bond for years which is a crime in itself. The Prosecutors don’t care about the money it has caused taxpayers nor do they care about the lives of the Jurors. This travesty needs to end, I truly believe Jeffery Williams is innocent. Witness’s testimony even shows he didn’t want anything criminal around him.
I’ll wrap it up With asking, how would you feel if you’re ninety year-old mother was dragged into court because a bullet skimmed her house Her testimony not advancing the states case at all. You also must agree with a civilian being threatened jail, nearly losing their job to come testify about a whole Lot of nothing forcing immunity On witnesses not to get their honest testimony, but to be able to play their interrogation videos which have been proven to be all lies. If this doesn’t show you how wrong the state is start practicing saying please mom don’t kick me out and would you like fries with that?
