"This is John Paul Riley, the young pianist who was spotted in Liverpool and instantly became a sensation." - Liverpool echo This is my rendition in Liverpool (L1) City Centre with my own ending. Please Like, Comment, Subscribe
It’s not talent. It’s called practise. I mean, I hate piano. Why? Becuase when I was 3 I was forced into it and I hate it so much. Now I’m 12 and on grade 8. But I hate it. I hate flute and violin and clarinet. Why? The same reason.
I have no idea why but whenever they play this song it makes me cry. It just sounds so beautiful to me...and it hits me right down to my soul. Love it!
A beautiful moment. He plays. People listen. Specially stop to listen. Different people, big and small, tough and funny, men and women, children and old. But they listen. They all like the same thing. Music brings the souls ..
I was there and played exactly the same song! you made me such a happy girl who really missed and appreciate England with Liverpool's atmosphere! I gained many experiences over there and now I am thank you for all my memories with this legendary song. Thanks to you also for this calmy and lovely performance. Thank you!
Kristelle Anne no one appreciates real music. It used to be just sound that says a message and spreads a message. Now a days it's just sex and brag about money amount and guns and killing. That's not music and that's not appreciation for music.
+R6S : [WaruMa] DJDraconix please don't be one of those buzzkills. We all know music nowadays isn't just about sex drugs and money so get off of your shitty high horse and accept that not everyone has the same music taste.
I love how the piano is so powerful it can literally stop people in their tracks in order to listen to the beautiful sounds produced by it. Complete strangers all enjoying something together at the exact same moment.
i hate people who overuse the word "talent" ... its just practice ! I learnt thid piece 2 months into playing piano and it is not hard at all ... people like chopin or mozart had talent :) they composed pieces hundreds of times harder and more beautiful than this ....
+Frédéric Chopin I agree with the fact, just playing a piece not necessary needs talent but playing a famous song with a passion if you could play it with your style that is way more than just practice. Of course you can see the true talent of somebody if you hear the person's compositation if the person is actually able to write own compositations. But I have to disagree your fact that you try to discribe Yiruma as an artist without talent. Sorry but it is a joke. In the music, not necessary the hardest, the most complicated things are the best, the person who write music like this, is the true and only artist. Sometimes the simplest things could be amazing, if you can hear the message the feeling in the music. That is greatness and art write an amazing song with deep messages with only few notes, or chords.
Doredar sorry if i wrote that unclear but yiruma is not by any means untalented. I admire people who can compose pieces no matter which ones but i just prefer chopin for example. He transferred his feelings into the music he wrote and that can say more than a thousand words ... yiruma is talented .... chopin gifted.
I remember watching this video around a year ago and I made me practice so much more because this the song that I wanted to learn and I put so much time into practicing and I can finally play it and its crazy to watch this again.
The way people look at him while he is playing is more like a dream than reality. It would be my dream to have at least 1 person look at me like that. ❤ AMAZING JOB! ❤
@@raneyboy9937 you need to keep going, don't think about the mistakes, If you play it off no one will notice, But if you suddenly stop or freeze everyone will
Finally. You are spectacular. It took me a while to find the right person to cover this song. All the other people played the song too fast. Thank you so much!
I did this at a airport, I'm 13 and I did it when I was 12 and I found it really hard and awkward, let alone you who has a camera recording you so I salute you because I tried playing this exact song and my hands shook so much
Sure, anyone could learn to play this piece. But not everyone puts their emotions into it like this man does. I have so much respect for him as a pianist and this is my first time hearing of him. You have a gift, keep putting your heart into the pieces you play !! ;)
Can u tell me which emotions he used? I dont get it. He is playing it like fcking ROBOT. I am so sorry but i cannot see emotions comming from this piece.
Your not a fool *dont hate yourself.* Your hand not a line *dont cut it.* Your life not a movie *dont end it.* *just let the river flow in you.* if you sad *Dont be sad.*
