here's to the first two weeks in my new apartment unit. slowly, but surely she's coming together. so far, my vision for my apartment decor theme, which is neutral, cozy and airy is coming together!

these days, i've been trying to give myself some extra time in the morning to do the ultimate self care, which includes doing my make up everyday. i'm really only doing this as an act to prove to myself that i can prioritize my own self first before the rest of the world. i must admit that doing my makeup in the mornings makes me that much more excited to get out the house, turn on my vlogging camera and do all the things.
but, whew chile. am i the only one that get excruciating menstrual cramps? i can't be the only one. if you have any at-home remedies that you love to help ease the pain, please drop them below-STAT. also, typo: i might have a form of *adenomyosis, which is a form of endometriosis.
life in atlanta still feels pretty slow paced, but maybe it's just what i need right now. learning to lean into this new feeling of a calmed nervous system and not a day to day that feels like chaos.
