Hi,your both very brave I would love to do what you two are doing back in my younger days.At 60yrs and having a caravan is about my lot nowadays due to health issues but as for the weather I will tolerate any and tbh love rain ☔️ 🌞 ❄️ any kind of weather but even in my house I’m petrified of the wind 💨 and I’m a trembling wreck if I’m in the caravan like last year in Bude I cried all night I’m not ashamed to say I was so frightened.So this is why I’m in awe of you both keep travelling safe love to you both xxx💖💖
Totally get where you’re coming from, I too would love to do what these guys are doing, but, like yourself, I’m 60 with health issues and on my own, with the exception of my wee companion Mika 🐶 who’s the love of my life - I’d be lost without her to be honest. The weather is pretty rough and the wind at the minute can be scary. Hopefully it’ll not last too long.

Janine, I'm so sorry you're still struggling with a cough. I had the same issue and so did my Mum, for months and months. All tests fine, some things helped short term, but never got rid of it. Until I tried slippery elm. When i say it's life changing, I;m not joking. I opened up a cap in a little water, twice a day and with in a couple of days it was gone! I still take it most days as it has so many other benefits. It's super cheap and totally safe. it works on, amongst other things, the mucoid tissues in the body, so amazing for lungs and the gut. It even soothed my dogs gastric issues that no vet ( and ££££ later) could fathom! The brand i use is BIO HEALTH and about £7 on Amazon, but you can get it in all health food shops anywhere. I can't stress enough how well this works, I hope you give its try and it helps :)

As a Meggie, it was nice to see a bit of my old home town again. Much better during the summer months to go visiting, though, although I've known many a pleasant day during the winter months if you like sea air and a leisurely walk along the prom.
@@ThoseHappyDays whilst it was fairly quiet at the park up in Cleethorpes, during summer it gets rammed, maybe try a better one about 3 miles further down at Humberston Fitties area, deffo the best beach area in Cleethorpes

I was born and bred in Cleethorpes/Grimsby. You're drone footage made me well up, I've lived abroad for 30 years and usually manage to go home at least once a year. Due to Covid I've not been home in 2 years and I really miss it. Thanks for visiting and giving me a taste of home. Love your videos. Hope all goes well 👍
Hi Guys. I would definitely put strong tiles at the sides and maybe thick floor tile underneath. We have a log burner and used to put the logs to the side of the fire to dry out. One day we noticed the logs were smouldering. This could have caused the logs to burst into flames. Great video as usual. Forgot the back of the fire. Xx
Why not get a refillable gas bottle in the new van, we had our bottle for 4 years, with the refill point inside the gas locker, so not to cut a hole in the bodywork, you could fit yours inside the side door on the side of the cooker cabinet for easy access through side door, Liam said no LPG, we use an App on Phone to find nearest Petrol Station with LPG, has worked good for Us and have never ran out of gas. PS. what an amazing job Liam and his team are doing.

If it's possible have some heater ducting run through to the cab from the diesel heater . I have an outlet pointing up from between the seats in the cab towards the screen / roof . Now when the heater is in the screen never freezes steams up or condensates . Warm cab and clear screen 1st thing in the morning Plus solves the problem of to much heat from the heater even on low and if needed I can close the cab vent and have all the heat to the back . But trust me on heating the cab you won't believe how much difference it makes ;)
If the hole isn’t massive got to Halfords and pick up JB weld. It’s a heat resistant epoxy. It’s the dogs dangles. £7 or £8 quid, mix them and wack it on.
Herbs are fantastic,as are essential oils.I rate massage, shiatsu and acupuncture too. But.... when coughs go on that long you need a course of antibiotics and a few days in the warm and dry Janine

Woo Hoo! The van is looking so good, i cant believe how fast it's all coming together. Loved the editing and glad you managed to made it out to the coast for a bit of a break. We particularly loved the 24 hours in Skegness, but who had the best punch? Provided a very welcome distraction from our own very stormy weather.
Did you guys get a new camera or lens? It looks really good! Loved the drone shots too, makes a huge difference. Your editing and camera work gets better each video. I can't imagine the quality of these videos in a years time. Keep up the good work guys!

You may have already done this but if not then I would recommend that you consider incorporating some 12v USB charging ports in strategic positions around the interior. Reason being is that if you rely on those USB ports included in the 240v mains sockets, then you will need to have the inverter on, to use the USB ports. This is an incredibly inefficient way to charge a phone or whatever else you want to power via USB. The goal is to run everything possible from the 12volt system, so that the inverter is only switched on at times when a mains powered device is in use (hair dryer or whatever). Another suggestion would be to use 12v car chargers for laptops, rather than the conventional 240v mains chargers that come supplied with laptops. You can even get a decent domestic TV from Curry's that will run off a 12v laptop charger, again this allows you to run a TV without having the inverter on. Lithiums are great and you will love the benefits they bring, but you still need to preserve power and be efficient. 😁 Here is an ebay link to a decent 12volt laptop charger that I use on out boat, to power our TV. You did well at the cleethorpes park up. The council have put massive signs up saying no vans with cooking or sleeping facilities etc. I’m surprised you didn’t see the signs tbh or get moved on. I park there to go kitesurfing, it’s a great spot. For the past few years it’s been totally over used people even parking up for a week. I’ve even seen a caravan with an awning up. Comedy. People have been emptying chemical toilets in the creek and in the car park. Literally taking the piss. Great video as per
@@ThoseHappyDays its getting worse. Places I’ve gone for years. Anpr cameras, height barriers. I’ll not name it on here but just up from where you were at mablethorpe there’s was a awesome spot. I stayed there with my kids summer 2020 when then first lockdown ended. Woke up to security dudes ticketing mine and a few more vans at 2am. It was a lovely spot, beach view. Kids playing on the beach. I’ve always tried to show my kids a bit of the spirit of adventure, leave no trace ethics. Arrive late, leave early. Don’t leave a mess, leave it tidier than when you got there. Such a shame selfish people making a mess, causing problems have spoilt it really.
