I’m retired and travel with my truck and trailer and I have enjoyed all your videos since the very first one when you picked up the bus with your brothers. You inspired me to get up and get out and travel! Your videos are so entertaining and inspiring and I thank you for putting them out for all of us to enjoy. By the way, if you haven’t already been advised about your sink drain, the tank must be vented and that will solve the gurgling!
Your sink doesn’t have a vent to let the water move, it basically hydro locks because it needs the vent to be able to push the water to the tank. If you have a vent, it might not be high enough in the system to let it work. Hope this helps!

Your bus door is the Best bus conversion I've ever seen. When you converted it, I was watching, thinking, why don't more people do it this way??!!?? Those house doors on most conversions look unstable and unsafe. Good job and kudos.

Your sink needs a VENT!! Put a straw in a cup of soda, put your finger over the end of the straw, then pull the straw out of the cup and you'll see the soda stays in the straw and doesn't fall out. Release your finger and the soda will immediately leave the straw. That's the "burp" you're experiencing. You're allowing the drain to vent when you take it apart and everything drains out. Add a vent and you'll be all set...
I have been watching all of your videos as a late comer, when you installed the gray tank, you forgot to install a vent in the top of it, idealistically it should vent above the roof with at least 2 to 3 inch pvc piping. You can vent it under the bus, but if there are smells, they may linger as you walk past them. you can get a threaded PVC male coupling with rubber O-ring gasket to tap into the top of the gray tank.
That's an accomplishment and you're enjoying the results of your efforts. There is nothing more pleasing to experience. I can almost feel your happiness and your optimism is almost infectious.. Now I have to go build something before it's noon and my determination fades. Take some time and have fun, because later will come the time, when you'll have to make some roots and get settled somewhere. Until then, keep on and explore. 😉
Thats so cool seeing you drive down hwy 103 my friends used live in the little red cabin across the street from loaves an fishes and thats where I parked my bus at almost everyday.

I was going to comment about a vent, saw in the comments people noticed that you fixed it before the video ended. But saw all those spam telegram replies pretending to be you! Good luck with that. Anyway, I've said it before but you were meant for this life lol, at least for a while. I sit in mine and realize I did this. every screw/nail and mistake are mine, and I love spending time "at home" doing mundane things in my bus. Thanks again for sharing your adventure with us.

I remember watching the video when the bus was first bought and then the RU-vid gods bringing back to the channel a few months ago. The change from the first video then to the videos now is so impressive and way less death trappy.
You've done such an awesome job on your build and now you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor. There will always be buttoning up, but that is what keeps it fun " on " enjoyable lol, like the troubling slow drain issue the caulk or painting that you need to get to, till you can't let go any longer. It’s been an amazing journey watching you come this far and live out your dreams. There’s been many a time I’ve talked to a screen saying “ come on girl you’ve got this, don’t give up now you’ve overcome harder problems” and by the end of the video you’ve always picked yourself back up and completed things beautifully 😊 I’m from the UK and now 50years old but I had the same tenacity and passion for life as you in my younger years, so as I’ve got to know you a little through your videos I’m always there cheering you on and proud of you when you achieve it! You’ve created a beautiful bus all by yourself, you’ve proved to yourself you can do anything you put your mind too. I can't remember if you put a vent in for the sink or not but if not that's what you need to do is put a vent in and then it will rain just fine. Oh and one more thing it doesn't have to vent to the outside it can vent under the sink you can buy a vent that's specially made for vent sinks indoors. Nevermind lol I made this comment before you made a vent for it sorry.
I realize I'm a little late to the comments here but does the tank your kitchen sink drains into have a vent of any kind? When you're putting water into that tank, the air that is already in there has to have some place to go and if you don't have a vent on the tank, the water will either drain slowly with a lot of gurgling or it may not do down at all.
