The Arabic panjabi sparkle fixes a lot of stuff 😂 but I’m not sure about the price of this house. The best comp is the property it self and it traded very recently 🤷🏻♂️
The house has now been on the market 145 days. There is a 3D tour of the emtpy home and it looks terrrible. You can see how choppy the layout is, the bathrooms and kitchen are extermely outdated and the overall condition of the home looks to be poor. It makes one wonder if the plumbing, electrics and HVAC are up to snuff... and the roof needs to be replaced. The $16mil price tag is clearly out of touch of the homes real value, more so in a questionable econony. They may have to wait to find that "buyer for every property" who wants to come in and spend the next 2 years sorting the structure out and renovating it.
