I really love your channel. We are moving there next summer and you have helped me a lot. Can you do a video on renting homes there? I look at the prices to rent and it is crazy expensive! I just want to settle in before buying and get to know the area better. 😩 thank you for all your work and advice!
Do not move to Any of the major cities in Ohio.. and stay away from Newark and zanesville. Completely drug ridden.. only way to live in Ohio is out off of some country road.. I’m 32. I’ve live in Columbus all my life. About 5 years ago a 2bedroom apt was 400$ a month. Now it’s around 1100$ a month.. so just do your research and look up the age of the building also.
Great video Brad, love the content. I live in the Dayton Ohio region, and my girlfriend lives all the way in Queens New York, and I've been trying to get her to move here to Ohio and I prefer Columbus, but she wants me to move to New York lol. I finally took her to Columbus last week to spend 3 days there in downtown at Holiday Inn, and she loves Columbus, and said it's so much nicer and cleaner than NYC lol, but she still seems unsure of moving here to Ohio. She's an RN Nurse, and I showed her that Columbus has tons of hospitals, and again, the city is so much nicer and cleaner than New York City. I think she prefers New York City because she lives in a Filipino community, and she says in Columbus even though it's nice, she feels like a minority in Columbus. Do you have any recommendations on her issue with feeling kinda awkward being Filipino and possibly moving to Columbus?
