Thank you.The Williams used similar design features like the green marble on the walls in 10102 Angelo View Dr and that hasn’t sold in a long time. They must have nice bankers. Great video as always.

ya but the reason that one is not selling is the property next door ... your view is blocked and really man handled by all the concrete foundation ... i should do a video on that house

I think I would love visiting this house but not living in it full time. Love that it exists though. Very interesting. I know you don’t publicly discuss pricing but $38m is way too much for the area. It’s probably a $22m house on the high end but you never know. When you’re the only house like it you can set the market I guess…

i think the design is striking as well, but as you say the price isnt right, for that there just isnt enough land / spac... however what they have they used greatly and compared to some other houses this might not be to far away from its selling price

11870 ellice just came back on the market for $37.9M ish after being bought for $28M

Thank you, I am aware. @@ArvinHaddadOfficial I also appreciate your review on this place and agree that being up against PCH isn't the greatest. The rest of it I think is cool including the bizarre cabinetry. They shouldn't have introduced it at $75 then let it fall into a panic attack at $26, or it could have been picked up by now at a profit.

Why not publicly Arvin? Its overpriced you said.. dont understand why you dont say in your videos your opinion about the price it should cost.. This house like a 28 million or so? (Also 28 million above my budget😂)

I commend them on taking a big swing. Everyone has their own tastes, but this design is a bit much for my taste. There's too much going on, and a lot of the elements clash. It's also a really dark house. I wouldn't want a white box, but this is at the opposite ends of the spectrum. The views are to die for. They layout of the house looks great as well.

Whatever happened to location, location, location? That hill looks like a landslide in progress. That area is way too over-developed and crowded, you can't even put any trees between yourself and the neighbors.

It's overstyled on the inside. It's going to be a turn off for most people who want to decorate to their own taste. I would rip everything out and start from a blank slate. Plus, the Williams agents usually overprice their houses by a huge amount.

i think the property is designed for a bachelor who just sold his company and is ready to splash ... and for that buyer its perfect..... i think 99% of agents accept over priced listing ... in this case they own the property

If he hasn't done so yet, I suspect Enis will do one of his hype tours shortly putting a whole lot of lipstick on a pig! Not saying this house is a "pig" necessarily, but his videos always gloss over? a homes often significant faults.
