A problem for me assuming I could even buy this house is an idiot can look on Zillow and see the property originally sold as a new build for less than 30 million? Even with the remodel, they expect someone to believe this older house is twice the cost when it was new, not to mention the house right next door which you mentioned. I think this one will sit a while unless they come way down on price. Inflation is a factor as well, but not to that degree. You're right the layout is not great either. Another informative video. Thanks.
hey👋🏾 Happy holiday🎉😂 Yes ! the property next door is definitely a problem for the seller but a plus for the buyer, who could negotiate the prize if they really want the house or let do and look elsewhere.
I have many friends working in real estate. The ones making the more sales and the more money are not the one caring for the luxury market. But the one working with middle class. LOL
I assume that no Noone likes a long house who can pay this sum on money and also they are not fool to pay 58 mil for a C grade view or a compressed backyard . Despite its location I didn't like much about it
Oh..another "safe", bleech beige, vanilla, swedish office palette container shaped cube! Do LA developers lack balls these days? On the positive side, the first view upon entering would do well to be remade into an indoor gun range. Talk about unique use of your perpetual vanilla corridor! I have no idea why I am not a world renowned architect by now :P But seriously, look at elite homes in marbella, they make american megadollar mansions look like beggars huts and all come with indoor pools as standard. The one unique thing with us mansions would actually be in-house gun ranges in the basement because usa yeehaw cultural quirks. Now remember to credit me with the idea when this becomes "the thing" next year :)
