I just moved to Miami 6 weeks ago and your videos were amazing in helping me choose where to live (Midtown). Might be good to do N update, though. They’re going to close half or all the green park for new construction. They’re also building the Standard Residences which is more published. It’s a growing city and that’s the reality but it kinda takes away the point of moving to midtown tbh. Now it’ll just be a shopping mall with buildings.

Only con I can think of (currently living in downtown and in Brickell a lot) is the transportation if you don’t have a car. Other than that midtown is amazing and the restaurants are awesome! I just wish the metro mover took you further down to midtown, that would be perfect! Why did they make it stop only at Omni 15th street 😩
I'm thinking about moving to Miam beach in August I think a lot of videos the apartments and stuff but I do have a question what does the jobs pay down there cuz I've done a little research and it say the jobs paid low but the cost of living is high
siempre lo he dicho, para mi.. Midtown es la Mejor zona para vivir.. esta bien ubicada, es segura (Quitando el local de Victory que ha traído algunos problemas) pet friendly, espaciosa y no tiene problemas de parking..
