I will be joining my Pewaukee work office in January. I might not be investing in real estate immediately but I will definitely be looking for a place to rent. Just for myself. Any pointers or suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks.

@@neelmodi7462 I would look on Zillow for rentals! There is no bad area out there, so whatever you like will be good. If you sign a one year lease that puts you in the fall market next year, which is much better to buy than spring, which I expect to be nuts again driving up prices

I will be moving from Atlanta. How are the public schools? What time of day did you drive into Milwaukee? I bet anything is better than Atlanta traffic. How would it be around 8am and again at 5? Is there a "rush hour"? Besides these 2 cities, is there anywhere else you would recommend to raise a family?

Hey B Schak, you are probably right. When I complain a little that traffic is slow today most of my relocation clients comment to me on how easy traffic is in comparison. We do have accidents and also construction and sometimes you loose a few minutes, but it usually keeps flowing, even at "rush hour". Watch my channel for more neighborhood videos, how to relocate and also best of Milwaukee etc. Or send me an email or a text and I can ask you a few basic questions to get a sense for what is important for you - based on that we can eliminate a lot. Depends really on your definition, but you can look up every neighborhood on Niche.com or USA.com By the way - we just got new unemployment numbers, USA is now 3.5% and Wisconsin at a record 2.9%, so if it's a job you are worried about, we would be happy to have you in Wisconsin!!
