I enjoyed your video. A lot of good information. One thing I would point out, for several of those condos/townhomes you were showing, you failed to mention that those will all likely have a substantial HOA fee that buyers will have to pay in perpetuity. People will need to factor that in to whether those places are truly affordable or not.

Hi Derek! Thank you for commenting! You are absolutely correct! HOA fees can knock buyers into an entirely different price point. I have those conversations in my buyer consults and remind their lender to detail it out as well (if they haven't already). We touch base on PMI, property taxes (luckily AZ is extremely low compared to other states), homeowners insurance, not locking your interest rate etc. So many factors can affect a monthly payment. Hi TR! Great question. Phoenix Metro is called , "The Valley Of The Sun" or simply, "The Valley" as we are geographically located in The Salt River Valley. We are also surrounded by mountains, really gorgeous mountains, so we are technically located in a "valley" by definition. And thanks!
