Living in the Woodinville, WA wine country - This is my personal house, let's take a look
Having lived in Woodinville since the late '90's, it's easy to forget just how distinctive our community is. There's no traffic, crime is hardly an issue and the schools are simply fantastic. On the recreational side, we're minutes from the Kirkland waterfront, Bellevue shopping and our own tourist district. On the practical side, commuting to Microsoft is a breeze and we have Costco's essentially on either side of town. You can take the back roads from Woodinville to Kirkland, Redmond and Bellevue. You can take Lake City/Bothell Way to Seattle and in either case you're never on the freeway. If you commute to Lynnwood you're going against the grain so it's a quick trip up the 405. A lot of times you'll go to Lynnwood anyway to hit up Nordstrom Rack, Babies R Us and some other big stores just North. Also, we are simply swimming in casual to fine dining within a 10 mile radius, plus we have Chateau St. Michelle, The Herb Farm, Barking Frog, Purple, Columbia Winery, Januik/Novelty Hill, Red Hook Brewery and much more all right here in town. It's nice, real nice.

Alex Tran Depends on where in Washington you go. Also Washington is a booming state for real estate. My dad bought 5 acres and put a 180 thousand dollar house on it. Totaled 200k even. Did that 6 years ago. It's now worth 795k. Over in Spokane county you got 40 acre mountain property for 50 grand and it's 20 minutes from downtown Spokane. The potential in WA is crazy.

Seattle really is beautiful. We just moved to Hawaii and though I miss Seattle, Hawaii is pretty special as well.

Thanks Terry...I'd say I'm missing that house but being that it's currently 30 and miserable there but 85 and gorgeous here, I suspect I'll get over it. We just put out our first video in a year 2 days ago, but we're going to be putting out a lot more in the coming days. Thank you so much for taking a look!

I can't believe that house is so cheap because in Long Island NY where I'm from this would be a 2 million dollar house.

@everycarSeattle 7 лет назад
In some neighborhoods in Seattle it would be the same, but on the back side of Woodinville, lovely as it is, they go for a lot less.

hello joe, i was wondering how reliable 2004 g35 coupes are? which year should i go for 03-06 and what issues should i be expecting at about 130,000 miles. Thank you in advance. And good luck on your real estate career
@everycarSeattle
@everycarSeattle 7 лет назад
Hi Andy. Any G35 coupe can be very reliable...I have a 2005 and when I moved to Hawaii, I brought it with me. The trick with these cars is simply to get a buyer's inspection before you buy...it tells you what you need to negotiate on or if this is a car you cant live without. Prices are all over the place on these cars, so at least make sure you get one that you have a good idea of what to expect.

Hey sir, did you afford that house on a car salesman salary? Or did you win the lottery? I'm torn on what to do in my life. I'm 30 and leaving a high paying (very stressful) driving job to become either a realtor or car salesman. I'm having a hell of a time choosing one.

+Matt S I'm wondering the same thing man. I thought I knew what car salesman, even managers or directors, are making these days. After looking it up, I've confirmed that I do. He either came upon the wealth in his life outside of car sales, has a lot of family money, or is in an INSANE amount of debt.

+Big G (Guoster) Believe it or not, I paid my own way through college selling cars and have only sold cars or waited tables my entire life. As a waiter in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Austin, I was making 3000-4000 a month cash and going to the nightclubs every night. Then I turned 26 and didn't want to be the "old dude at the club" anymore. So I went back into car sales when I moved to Seattle. On the floor at Honda back in the day I made about $7000 a month then went to Sports Cars International and made about $9000 a month. I worked every hour of every day to make that money and would regularly go months between days off. I topped out in the low 20's per month believe it or not and was consistent for a long time. Going into real estate is potentially even better than that, but I really miss the speed and drama (and videos) of the car business...which is why you'll soon be seeing a new collection of videos coming from Hawaii this June.

+nice cars and nice houses on Seattle's Eastside Thanks for the reply. I wish you would make some videos to help someone that is potentially going into the career of car sales or tips for the already car salesman.

+nice cars and nice houses on Seattle's Eastside If that's true, more power to ya then! Being in the top .1% of any field is no easy task. I can tell you're a really good salesman from your videos, but you can't be harming your credibility with comments like "26 and didn't want to be the old dude at the club." I mean c'mon, unless you're calling a small college bar in the middle of nowhere a "club," that's just as wrong as saying you're 45 and "the young kid at the club" ;)
