The snow from last week is gone and we had a week of changeable weather. I enjoy all changes as the landscape looks very different depending on the day.
Throughout my life my biggest dream was relocating to Scotland - and I made this dream come true! Having dreams or living a dream are essential to me and I hope I can encourage all of you to keep up dreaming.
I also made some more cake and a lavender jelly this week. I hope you enjoy my video.

I have always been told I'm a dreamer which I agree. I love hugging a tree 🌳 and just listening to nature's voice. I live in a village outside Glasgow. I am so glad I found your channel 💜✨️🧚‍♀️

I enjoyed hearing of you making your dreams come true! I’ve always loved to dream and often think of how life would be living in different countries even as a very young child now with videos I enjoy seeing how life is different yet the same…enjoy your beautiful country as the rich history and beauty that is throughout Scotland is now your home! Perhaps one day I may visit and if only for a short time embrace how wonderful life would be there!

Thank you for another lovely video with your introspective comments. So glad for you that you were able to make your dream of living in Scotland come true. Where did you move from? Did you leave all your belongings behind and start over? I imagine moving more than a suitcase or two adds to the challenge of moving.

Sorry for my late response, your message must have slipped my attention. I moved from Germany (before that from the USA to Germany). I brought everything over as I was sure that I would stay and wanted my son to have all his things he was used to, so in this regard it was an easy move.

This is inspiring for me, because I dream of living in the UK some day but it feels impossible (because visas are so hard to get). This made me feel like maybe someday it will be possible

Hello dear Scotish fairy 🖐. I recently discovered your channel and you speak to my heart. I admire your strength to relocate. It definately had its challenges 😉. Scotland is a beautiful choice, I've been there twice. Beautiful nature, friendly people. I too, would like to be able to live in such an environment, but I guess to make a living is not so easy in remote places. I live in a hectic city here in Germany (I know you too lived in Germany) and need lots of alone time to recharge. Your accent is very interesting. Best wishes to you 🙏 Viele Grüße 😊

Yes, living in Germany is very different from living in Scotland as we are a small nation and some areas are so deprived of people that it is heavenly! It isn't easy to relocate but for me it was essential and the best decision I ever made. I hope you have many options to recharge from your busy city - maybe my videos will help a wee bit. Where are you originally from? ... I too have always dreamed of Scotland, but it's a world away from where I am in the U.S. ... I'll have to be satisfied with attending the occasional Highland Games here, and learning more about my heritage. :)

I was socialised in Germany but also lived in France and the USA. We have Highland Games in our Seaside Town every year and they are always really great
