INSPIRING!! Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $109k now to put in the market.

Given the prevailing market conditions and the potential risks associated with the current economy, I would recommend refraining from investing in stocks for now. Instead, it would be prudent to consider retaining a portion of your assets in gold. Alternatively, seeking advice from a financial advisor could provide valuable guidance in this matter.

Managed to pay off my debt by 2019 and currently have a house and 250k total in investments (combo of profit share, 401k and a brokerage account). Gold is often seen as a safe-haven asset that can protect against inflation and economic uncertainty. But like any investment, it carries risks. To determine if gold is the right investment option for you, an investment advisor can help you weigh the potential benefits and risks of investing in gold. They can also help you create a well-diversified portfolio that includes gold as part of a broader investment strategy. An investment advisor can help you decide how much of your portfolio should be allocated to gold and select other investments that can complement your gold holdings.

At Princeton, she probably had tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in scholarships and grants annually, covering not only tuition but also living expenses. Her refund checks were probably several thousand dollars per semester, combined with her work income, enabling her to save over six figures by graduation (4 years). This is remarkable, as most students graduate with debt or minimal income, she was essentially getting paid to go to school. Very insane, Most working adults cannot even save $20k in 4 years let alone 6 figures.

Securing scholarships is challenging and requires dedication, it really is like gambling. You can apply for hundreds and not get a single one. Gabriella's success & story shows her hard work and intelligence. Parents should also foster academic and entrepreneurial growth in their children. I know most working-class parents don't have the time or resources to invest in their kid's education, but the best thing you can do is emphasize the importance, help where you can, and create an environment that pushes them to succeed. Students with mediocre stats or no financial need, should focus on schools with good financial aid, minimize the need for loans, and work during school. Being realistic and strategic while applying for scholarships.

The Market has been pretty bad until today it decided to surge. Everybody was Practically Crying then. It kept dipping. That's what you get when you feel you can navigate the process on your own. Big thank to lisa Ann I'm not bothered with how bad the Market is because my assests are insured due to her advice and I still receive my profits

I think she trades for everybody I know. Met her twice at a conference in Germany, after her lecture I had to personally beg her to be my Finacial Advicer. I celebrate her strong feet.

i got refund checks in college (not 2M) and they were life saving. as someone who was low incone & couldn't rely on their parents financially, i was able to pay for those "non" tuition/school expenses without penny pitching or stressing. I could choose to drop a class during a stressful semester without financial worry. I could buy myself lunch during busy days. I still worked too but I didn't have the stress of "I have to work", if i had an exam to study for, I wouldn't feel financially obligated to go to work & i'd just call-in. I was able to work a low paying internship too / volunteering my skills to grow my professional career & portfolio. Everyone should apply for scholarships!!! Especially if you're low income. Not having the extra cash puts you at a disadvantage. It's not just about affording the tuition. ONE THING THOUGH, you do have to pay taxes on your refund checks because it counts as your income. That was a huge shocker for me. I was paying 2k in taxes a year but I was fine with it because I was like "well they paid everything else for me so 2k isn't that much", I just saved up a portion of my scholly money for taxes.
