One spontaneous decision and we were on a boat sailing through Indonesia. We met some incredible people, heard some touching stories, and discovered some deserted islands near and around Gili Asahan Lombok! It was a pretty incredible couple of days especially after coming back from the hospital in Lombok.

I started watching you guys for the beautiful yoga videos a while ago. But then I saw what kind of lifestyle you have and what kind of people you are. And now you are living this incredible adventure and I just want to say that you are a true inspiration for me. I see these vlogs and your beliefs and the things that you care about and you remind me that there still are kind and honest and truly happy people out there, that actually live their life to the fullest. Adela-Maria, this message is so special to us. its hard to explain, but it truly shows us that some things, no matter how scary or difficult they might are worth it... a good friend of ours told us when we started all this and were worried about life and what was to become of all this that "we must keep being the light"... and we remember that whenever we get terrified- and we share it with people whenever we can- that we must ALL keep being the light. dont know if this related to what you have said perfectly, but your words created a moment of space for us to reflect... so thank you. ❤️☮️

My heart literally opens watching your guys videos. Thank you for ALL you do, brining so much awareness to our planet and helping expand our consciousness. I have been on an inner journey for some time now and Since watching you guys I have been reevaluating my life even more deeply. I have some serious courage to summon to make the changes I need to live my Authentic life, that whisper from my heart that I have been denying for too long because in comparison to ‘society’ it seemed unrealistic and almost selfish. This was so great! When my husband and I moved to Brazil for his business, we sold everything, packed up four suitcases, and left with our puppy on a one-way flight to São Paulo. We knew no one, just my husband's business partner. We were there for four years and met the most amazing group of expats from all over the world. Whether you are traveling or living abroad, it's some of the most enriching experiences you can have. And thank you for sharing the stories of the other crew members, especially the one that survived the tsunami! Finally, every time you mention Toronto, my heart lights up. To be fair, I used to struggle to do any workout at all and now I love starting my mornings with you! But recently I have had some massive changes to my personal life, searching for what's right for me and making some difficult decisions, and it's been so helpful to watch your diary videos and hear about the brave decisions that you have made and the amazing lifestyle that you have chosen. I loved this episode. My fiance and I plan to sell everything in a few years and move aboard a Boat. We can't wait to get rid of the stuff and simplify our life, sail around the world meeting new and interesting people. We both are 50 and are embarking on our own yoga journey. I think it's great you both are traveling the world now. It's so much more important than the grind of day to day life that society pressures us to live. We can't wait to disconnect from society. I can SO relate to your story in Toronto. I also lived there for 10 years before selling everything and living nomadically. You all are two of my newest favorite people. Kindred spriits for sure. Your line about people usually asking 'what do you do?" for a living has always driven me crazy. Irregardless of what I was doing at the time in my life -- I usually have responded "Whatever I want to do". Love the yoga and the destinations but also your journals. It's very grounding when the world outside is crazy. Don't let negativity keep you from doing the journals and speaking out things that mean something to you.

YES Juliana! I love that you shared how hard you had to work in Toronto before leaving. I think that it's easy to watch channels like this one and just think things like "oh they're so lucky" or "it's so easy for them to do that". You telling us that you had to bartend til 4 and then teach at 8 the next morning proves how challenging it can be to achieve this lifestyle. You both inspire me to work towards my life goals and dreams... I think one of the problems "we" face in life is that we always think we have more time... We forget that life can pass quickly and it's unpredictable how long we have to experience the things that we want to. I tend to say "One day I'd love to travel to Bali" or even something more life-changing like train to be a yoga teacher so that I can use my spiritual beliefs/practice alongside my current work as a Psychologist. But then I get caught up in every day work stress and I end up spending my money on pointless things to temporarily make me happy. These material things don't help me to reach my goals and dreams in the long term. Watching your videos and hearing about what you have sacrificed to make your dreams a reality is helping me on my journey towards actualising my dreams. Today I'm starting a bullet journal and a budget sheet so that I can really start working towards my goals. Thank you so much

+Lorna Lou this is SO wonderful! Good for you! We listened to a really good talk on happiness and it's formula today by Mo Gawdat where he talked about substituting happiness with fun. It took our breath away because that's what we did for years. Then when we started looking at it different our bullet journal/dream board was able to find the room to grow. I can really relate to that idea of people always being obsessed with what it is that you do e.g. for a living. It always seems to be the first question people ask. I have been going through a lot of changes in my life and the career path that was no longer is and how my life once was no longer is. I guess i am in a state of flux and it is scary at times but it is great that I can admit what I don't want to do now and what I don't want my life to be like. We spend so much of our life trying to live up to certain ideals and norms that sometimes we don't even realise they are not what we want but just what others think we should want. Thank you for sharing your journey and your videos they are a real marvel.

OMG I don't know where to start... the first thing I wanted to comment is: This boat is perfection or it really strongly evokes the want in me to call it perfection (since I guess we have all realised by now that nothing really can be perfect). Further into the video I began to feel so grateful for the stories you shared. So all in all this video is another masterpice of yours! And the shoots you took are lovely! *hugegrin*

Yes! Do the retreats! Some sort of new business venture.:..it would be amazing. Im a runner and just stumbled on Boho Beautiful looking for yoga instruction. Best decision I've made in a Long time. Life changing.

Dafid and Justin were brought together by faith. One was in a travesty and lost everything. The other picked up and gave up everything by choice. Truly inspiring stories. Dafid had the biggest smile 💕
