Boho Beautiful so grateful that I found you two. ❤️ I'm from Vancouver, , I'm sort of in a funk right now. Kids have grown up. Just suffered the worst attack from my herniated disc two days ago. Never experienced that kind of pain before. Paralyzing. Sometimes I look back at my life and wonder about all the things I wanted to do but didn't. The whispers are getting louder......god bless you two.

Boho Beautiful this is simplistic serenity! To be allowed to bathe in the fountains to cleanse, I almost cried watching because I could feel the longing to have this experience with every splash and voice I could hear and see of the spring water. So beautiful, it's as if I felt it with you. Oh how blessed to do such and access to your hearts desire in plant based & nut milks & cheeses? I've dreamt and spoken what you're living in this particular blog.. And to explain that you're highly spiritual to a local near the fountains? I love you guys. This morning I knew nothing about a place called Ubud. This afternoon I came home with flights and 6 nights accommodation booked there - all because I came to do my morning yoga. My husband and I are on our own personal journey of faith, spirituality and veganism, and Ubud sounds like it could be our spiritual home - or at least a place that we can connect with each other and our deeper selves. Making peace with discomfort and finding your place in it. That's also what I'm working my way toward every day to achieve. They contribute much if you view this from the perspective of the joy and love and lessons they share from staying true to themselves and living a life they truly enjoy. To me it takes more courage to do what they are doing than just stay one place and conform to society's conventions. I personally love doing yoga since discovering their videos. Boho Beautiful Boho Beautiful were traveling the states right now. In Louisiana. Going to NY after that to Ecuador for over a month. Back to Europe for summer. Let us know if you're anywhere on that line. Yeh so we can tell you guys loads about Asia and Australia, especially China as we stayed there for a year in Quanzhou (where Shaolin kung fu and Taoism were founded). If you send me a direct message I'll send you some info and some really nice places we discovered off the beaten path. Take care and enjoy your stay in Bali! It really is a beautiful place and the people are lovely. I would avoid Besakih though.

These Boho Diary episodes have been so amazing. Thank you for inviting us on your journey, and being so open and honest about your thoughts, feelings, and practices. It's given me the freedom to do the same because I know there are similar people out there - that a community exists. It was so beautiful to watch the water ceremony and learn about local customs along the way, I appreciate the courage it takes to speak on spirituality and religion. Also, I've been having more conversations about Yin yoga lately, as I'm torn whether or not to teach it, but your thoughts on the practice reminded me why it's so incredibly important to offer. I am just literally back from Ubud today, Go to the Pesiraman Dalem Pingit Sebatu, It has hardly any tourists and all the locals go to do the blessing, It is a bit of a hike down the steps but a lovely unspoilt place to see.

Hi Juliana and Mark love the way you guys travel and yoga. I wish I could do in similar mamnner. It would be great if you make videos with more travel + yoga in places less known to mankind. I've noticed this on a few of your videos, but when you talk with us and explain your thoughts (around 11:18) you should turn the music down and enhance your voices! sometimes it gets a little hard to hear with the music

Hey guys, I really like your videos:-) I suffer similar problem as Mark I have herniated disc as well. Just a little suggestion please be careful with leaning forward, bending over or twisting all these things can make the condition worst what I have learned lately from my doctor and another specialist.
