Hay pal: i am a retired city electrician; I am i no way telling you what to do, but Just a word of advice: Have your electrician put in GFI breakers in your panels for the out door temporary patch boxes. You do not want your kids , your wife or you, stepping out in a puddle that could be energised. I would not wish that on anybody. God Bless....

@@QargZer the original was explore with us - ewu and it was just a family exploring random places, abandoned places, ghost towns stuff like that. Now it's not anything original like it was and it's all narrated by someone else they hired. Just not the same as before at all.,.still good videos just not what we originally subscribed to.

I'm loving these videos! But please be careful, when you see make-shift armament of any type in the middle of an area such as your location it usually means you are in the middle of a bombing range.
This project is Monumental & I honestly hope it pays off to be an absolute success for you guys. It will Probably be the best place in the USA to stay if anyone is into aviation & star gazing. Much respect & best wishes
If I can make one suggestion: line the property with Trees. Doesn't need to be hundreds, just some. Trees are proven to keep areas more cooler, therefore making guests much more comfortable and a lot less whiny.

So pumped you guys are back! I loved the Explore With Us channel before you left. I sadly unsubscribed after you left because I liked the happy exploration and Area 51 videos and I’m not at all into the murder mystery type stuff. Super excited and happy I found your new channel by accident. I was just scrolling thoughtlessly through a seemingly endless queue of mundane videos when I realized I had passed one saying EWU crew and thankfully went back to check it out. I love exploring and Area 51 so your last channel was perfect for me and being right outside Area 51 now has to be even better! It’s like a part of my soul has been reunited! So happy y’all are back and I’m super excited to see what adventure comes next!
The amount of sun you get on that property, it would be a great spot for a ground mounted solar array with tracking gimbal. it's not that expensive and it should exceed your power needs several times over. check out Enphase IQ8A microinverters, LG panels ~400W each and some Enphase batteries to keep the spot running all night! Loving the progress!

You can also save electricity cost by supplementing some with solar. You definitely have the access to the sun and wind power as well...in the long run it saves energy and if you make enough solar natural energy to where the electric company has to pay you for using ! Our neighbor has it for his house and we live in the mountains and he says it's awesome! He has a ranch uses a lot of electricity... Y'all are awesome to watch...have a blessed day..

I'm so happy to see you guys back! I know you have had life going on and hopefully things are on the upswing. And this is exactly what I'd do if I ever had a fat chunk of cash to buy a piece of land down there, I won't get rid of my safe spot here in Michigan lol. The plus side being that if that area went sour all of a sudden and you needed to bug out you can always come this way. The advantage here is fresh water from glacial underground rivers. Really looking forward to watching you build up that little spot, we've all got your back!
Stopped in to Rachel drove up how to look at your place looks really awesome I just turned around there and then I went down to I guess a little alien centre and I had a pop looked around there wouldn’t mind spending a little bit of time there when you get open looks like a great place man you’ve done a lot of hard work that’s for sure
