This new year, I realised that my issue is self discipline. I read the intro of atomic habits (as a pdf I found on google) on the morning before you shared your self discipline video 🥰 Reprogramming this thought pattern has been so challenging. I literally struggled with creating a basic morning routine ritual to the point where I had 3-5 things I wanted to do as part of it, and I’m literally only consistently drinking a glass of water haha Thank you for sharing your point of view! I’ve borrowed the book from a friend and watching your progress is helping to keep me motivated ❤ I’m in the process of forging my own path, and I’m feeling back into my calling to foster community and performing. However my conditioning and limiting beliefs run deep and are holding me back. Time to trust ourselves. We can do it !
Definitely keep taking those risks that you’re called to do because its gotten you where u are now & has influenced me to do the same for myself. Whatever you decide to do next i DEFINITELY will keep watching you, like you said whatever happens the universe has your back.
I admire the way you articulate yourself on camera. You deserve the most!! And I am so honoured to be on this journey with you in finding out what you want beyond what you’ve achieved. So admirable! :)
nothing aligns without friction but all shall be well as i am divinely protected and guided. the firm knowing of “i can do anything” is such a profound space to exist in. we truly have the power to create our own reality.
Yessss Lynette I love that you bring this stream of consciousness to the “main stream” you’ve helped people awaken and still are relatable. Keep at it ❤❤
“my year of rest and relaxation” was honestly so challenging for me to read bc it’s so raw and real that i had to take multiple breaks off of it. but overall sooooo good
Art is the answer. Everyone's calling is art in one way or another but the system absolutely hates creativity and limits it to little kids (you can definitely see why and connect the dots). Artists are made to be seen as "artists", instead of people channeling their higher self through an action that is so intangible but teaches you the biggest lessons in life. I would recommend trying to make music, draw, skateboard, create. Anything that is infinite. Camping and being in nature for long periods of time also teaches you equally valuable/the same lessons (not car camping, actual camping where you backpack out into the wilderness and don't have your phone for a long period of time.) I don't know if that makes sense but I noticed that a lot of the "woke" people on social media end up attaching themselves too much to what they can do to be woke and lose the entire concept for what it is. Being woke isn't about chasing things that will make you feel better all of the time, it is about fully living thru the good and the bad and accepting whatever comes your way. Art is literally the only way to access that fully because you have to realize that nothing is perfect and you have to create things without caring if it is objectively or subjectively good or not. Social media only pushes the idea of perfection even further. I probably missed hella info in trying to explain this so please ask questions I will try to answer as best I can.
Can you do a video going deeper into like how to truly trust yourself and differentiate between your intuition and fear. I’ve been struggling with that for the longest and would greatly appreciate new perspectives ❤️
how too's : cooking , advice on strength, topics, hobbies, try on hauls, fashion, travels, positive rehabilitation, morning live yoga Mon Wed, Fri, etc... load up and reload 🍿
Attack on Titan is the GOAT!!! I can't wait for the final season to come out this year. All I can do is watch old episodes, but I love the show so much, I find something new everytime I watch it.
Babe this is right on time, you are so right about building discipline! DISCIPLINE is the word of the year for me LOL! because let me tell you we can not always feel motivated and productive.
I LOVED 'My Year of Rest and Relaxation' ! It's one of my favorite books. I felt so understood by the main character in so many ways and it was a great read.
You are very supported on this journey. Whatever you feel called to do will only expand your audience and community.im sp excited to keep watching you blossm. its a beautiful you're literally so free and in control of your decisions and future moves. You can tell your confidence comees so much from your trust in yourself and the universe its so inspiring
New post on my birthday ❤ love to see it Also, we’re here to watch you, not any specific thing that you do! It’s inevitable that however we express ourselves will be an expression of God and will contribute to the healing of the world, especially if we’re open to it and keep that intention. You’ve helped so many people by simply being yourself, and I’m sure that you’ll continue to do so no matter what that looks like 💫
Love your videos so much. You’re so relatable and down to earth. I’ve been working on trusting myself and intuition this week so it was great to hear at the end
17:45 Omg i remember these days. After my college graduation during quarantine not knowing what to do with myself so I’d be in my 1bed apartment getting high AF and blasting Tame Impala 😭
I’ve done several VI peels before and it really helped me with my acne scars. Game changer! It peeled for about a week. Definitely use sunscreen and don’t pick at the peeling skin. That can cause scarring. Sunscreen prevents more hyperpigmentation. I definitely recommend VI peel.
I'm so excited to see your next chapter and far you go! I know the fear though. I keep reminding myself the only person holding me back is myself. Something i working on for this year 😊
I've done like 6 VI Peels over the past 3 years, and usually your skin will purge for about two weeks after healing, and then it will look super good. Your skin barrier also needs to heal for a couple weeks for the sheen of your skin to return to normal. I love them. But, definitely takes a few to notice major fading of scaring and dark spots. I was doing them every 6 months, but now that my skin is really good, I still like to get them once a year.
I have a lot of hyperpigmentation and I wanted a chemical peel but a lot of ppl say the same thing that after the peel is done, there is no big change. So I’ve been using this awesome cleanser from urban skin rx. My hyperpigmentation has been lightening up.
I just got a chemical peel in December and as soon as I started wearing makeup again I started breaking out and I don’t typically have skin issues. So yea, it’s definitely the makeup
if you were trying to open those containers where its like the flat silver cover w no pull tab, your supposed to use the back of the cap? idk if thats what you were talking about but it kinda seemed like it lol
When You Kept Saying I’m So Dramatic, I’m Like She Must Be An Aries. I’m An Aries & Ppl Have Told Me I’m Dramatic, I Don’t Agree. I Like To Think Us Arians Are Just Passionate When We Speak No Matter What The Topic Is🤣
it's funny bc i've been trying to increase my protein so i'm eating two eggs for breakdast now (among other things) and the only way i can eat them is with avocado toast. im also watching this while having my breakfast too lmao
