Congrats on the 200k! Sidenote: Also I heard sometimes when ppl travel or even just in general. That may have picked up parasite. I don’t believe in parasite viral cleanses unless having functional doctor or heavy research.
What makes it easy for me when sleeping and maintaining a blowout/silk press is to just pull my hair back and kind of twirl my hair around my finger and wrap it in a bun. Tie is with a silk scrunchy & wear a silk lined bonnet to sleep as well! Brush some oil lightly through the ends when you go to take it down the next day. I personally find it to be the least complicated and most effective way to do it lol.
